Pros:
Staff was amazing and pick-up and drop-off instructions were very helpful and easy. I was very pleased with my interactions with staff members and felt they did a great job!Cons:
I was disappointed in the selection of vehicles I was able to rent. I had paid for an intermediate SUV and was given an option between a small one and an intermediate one. I went with the intermediate Nissan Rogue because I was told that it both radar cruise control and apple car play, both of which I asked for when renting the vehicle. Unfortunately, neither of those features were available on the vehicle I rented and I ended up driving almost 2000 miles without them. I was disappointed in the comfort of the ride and the lack of features of the vehicle and won't be renting from Hertz in the future.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
They didn't have the car we requested. They gave a "free" upgrade but required us to pay added fees. It took longer to pick up the car as they had many unhappy customers waiting.Avis
