Reservation was for pick up at Van Buren location at noon. Got there at 12:01 and door locked, office closed at noon! No info on hours on confirmation. Employees were still in parking lot, saw us and drove away. Had to get a ride to Sky Harbor airport to get a car.Reviewed Nov 17 2022

Cons:When I arrived the vehicle was being cleaned. They returned and the outside looked nice and clean. The inside however, was quickly wiped down and when I got home I realized that the back seats were filthy, the inside if the doors were caked with dust and dirt, the dash was very dusty (like the windows were left down during a sand storm)Reviewed Dec 2 2019

Car was perfect. Service wasnt as expected but completely acceptablePros:Picking up the car was fantastic and fast. We got the car we wanted. It performed wonderfully. But the oil change message came up during the trip. I contacted Hertz & received authorization to change oil, which I was willing to do. I was told I'd be reimbursed when I returned the car but this didnt happen at the facility as I expected. However, a short discussion with Customer Service resolved the situation and I was credited about a week later. All is well.Cons:See above. Once expectations were adjusted, things went fine. I dont like the fact that adding an extra driver is an extra charge per day.Reviewed Nov 4 2017
