Full-size SUV

It was a roomy car and was able to use it to fit all of our luggage. Only problem, was the car had definitely been smoked in before us and the smell was not good.

Only 1 person working at location. Poor car selection, did not get what I ordered. Car did not have gas filled and tire pressure light on.

Cons:

When I went to pick up the car, I was told that the car I reserved was not available. I booked the car well in advance, this is not acceptable. I was forced to take whatever car they had available, as I had no other alternative and didn’t want to cancel my family’s vacation which was planned months in advance. Very disappointed with Alamo.
