Pros:NOTHINGCons:I prepaid for my Hertz rental and got a call the morning of the reservation saying that they did not have a car for me. The Hertz employee was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. When I called Hertz, they told me I had to call a different number for the refund. I called that number and it connected me back to the exact same customer service menu. They ended up switching my reservation to a different location and i got ANOTHER call 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my car saying that there was no car for me! Long story short - I am still trying to get my money refunded and I never got a car from them. Worst car rental experience EVERReviewed Sep 16 2020

There was no car, even though I prepaid.Pros:Total failureCons:Total failure. When I arrived there was no car, and they wouldn't help me. I had to make a last minute reservation at a different company, which cost more, and I had to Uber to the other place, which cost more. Hertz failed at the highest level.Reviewed Oct 14 2018

More problems than it was worth.Pros:The car smelled nice. Unfortunately there was nothing else noteworthy about this transaction.Cons:It took over an hour to pick up my rental ahead of a 14 hour drive. I was also misquoted the price on-line. It said 130 when I booked it and ended up being $160+, that's after they tried to charge me for an extra day after I was given an incorrect drop off time. In the future I will not be using hertz or will be going through another booking source.Reviewed Mar 12 2017
