poor customer service at Atlanta airport location
Pros: ok price but poor customer service
Cons: 40 minutes waiting for car while the 3 reps chatted/gossiped with no one in front of me in line. At minute 30 plus, I made a fuss and they said they would find someone else to help and continued chatting. Car was extremely dirty on inside but was only a 1 day rental so not much impact.

Pros: I was called at 4:45pm when I was supposed to pick up the car the next morning at 9am to be told that the car I had reserved was not available for me. The rep was very helpful and tried everything she could to get something comparable. My experience was not the best, however, the representatives who assisted in finding a solution was great!!! I'm very disappointed that the reservation was mixed up and the 800 number I called would not help, I didn't get the rep's name but she didn't want to take responsibility for the error. I've rented with Hertz and would like to continue renting in the future.

Took forever to get rental. Also car was not what
Cons: The fact that the car was not what we reserved because they gave our reservation car to someone else and it took about 25 minutes to finalize everything.
