I had booked a minivan paid in advance a month ahead because I knew we would have a lot of luggage. When I got there, they didn't have one but said we could get a Palisaide instead but it wasn't big enough for the luggage. They only had a expedition max that would work for us but it cost me 750$ additional. I was disappointed since I had booked and paid in advance so I would be sure to have the minivan. The guy at counter tried his best but they still charge me 750 more.Reviewed Jul 2 2025

He should have just said he needed a deposit instead of saying Hertz required $350. Is that for money laundering? We had a very hard time trying to understand what he was saying in English and I think he had a hard time understanding English. He didn't explain anything about the vehicle or how to operate it. He just handed us the Keys and told us it is outside on the lot which is a 2 - 5 minute walk. We will never rent from Hertz again.Reviewed Jul 1 2025

They tried to cancel or adjust my reservation the same day, two hours before the pick up time. I requested a 12 seat van and after i pre-checked in 2 days before (through their website) a manager caled me 2 hours before my reservation letting me know that they do not have the vehicle in stock.Reviewed Jun 30 2025
