Pros: Best rate available. Car was fuel efficient and features (backup camera & Bluetooth) were helpful to have. Staff was friendly and got us taken care of promptly.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Car was returned, gassed and given to me, filthy. The Car had low tire pressure which I didn’t notice until I got on the road. When I asked for a new, they advised the had to Check it out for damage”. What? Replacement Car had bad steering... thought Hertz was a gold standard in rental... not so much,
