Cons:I ordered a 7 passenger + 3 bags and when I went to pick up vehicle they did not have that particular vehicle. I had a 7 passenger / 1 bag Tahoe and not Suburban. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable journey. Will not rent through Kayak or Hertz...Reviewed Jul 25 2018

An OK substitutePros:The minivan fit seven passengers so it worked for our trip but I booked a large SUV which was damaged before our arrival so we were given a minivan in its place.Cons:I was surprised at the poor quality of a nearly brand new minivan compared to our personal 2005 Odyssey with over 130k miles. I'd have much rather driven our older minivan. This vehicle worked for our needs but that was about it. Very insecure on curvy roads and cheap materials that I was concerned would break.Reviewed Jul 6 2018

Extra hidden feesPros:Car was very nice.Cons:Othee charges, such as extra fees, were added that weren’t on the original add. I thought the car was paid for when I booked in line. Not! I was also charged airline fees when I asked if they did airline miles. Too many hidden extra fees if you ask or decline certain items.Reviewed Jun 4 2018

Poor and Misleading ServiceCons:We specifically asked the people at he desk for 4 wheel drive as we were not used to driving in the snow, This is not what we were given despite them agreeing, We found that wheels would slip out even on the driveway. The agent that checked us in was unfriendly when we tried to ask questions, it felt like we was reading off automated answers and was incredibly frustrating. I will be renting wil a different company in the future.Reviewed Jan 13 2018

A broken experienceCons:1. The assigned car was very dirty inside. Stains and stickiness everywhere. Floors muddy (it was snowing the day before the pick up). 2. Although i paid for full tank the car I was assigned at the pick-up was 3/4 full 3. Limited alternative clean options so I had to downgrade to a smaller car that was clean enough and available, but did not get refunded. They gave me a 20 USD coupon for my next HERTZ rental. Like I am going to have a next one ?!! Wasted an hour almost from my travel time.Reviewed Jan 9 2018

Cons:Car was very dirty. The windshield washing fluid leaked through the roof in the car when trying to use the rear window cleaning. The car was not cleaned before I received it and had large muddy dog prints on the carpets. The hertz agent didn't seem to care about the issues when I dropped the vehicle off.Reviewed Jan 9 2018

We had to drive two cars back to the airport did to low tire pressure.Cons:It was 6 degrees outside and as we drive out the airport twice we the Tire low pressure light came on. Finally the third car was okay. Why don’t they fill tires upon returns???Reviewed Dec 27 2017
