Pros: Great customer service from their staff.
Pros: The staff were great, very thorough. It’s by far one of the better rental locations I’ve come across.
Cons: The key remote didn’t work, had to insert key to unlock vehicle.
Pros: The rental car price was the best. The car nice and clean very good location for pick up and drop off. Will be renting again. Employee was one of the best, very knowable regarding question and answers.

Cons: When I arrived, 10 minutes before my reservation time . They told me that they did not have any cars available, I was told that I would have to wait until a car was returned. Then when there was a car being returned they did not show any intention To try to get me to use that one, even though I mentioned I didn't mind the car not being vacuumed since I needed to car already , reason why I reserved for 8am. What is the point of making a reservation for a specific time if when you arrive the car is not going to be available. worst customer service I have ever received

Cons: perhaps more detail on the issues of getting into this car-Sports Kia--its for small people and not those who are 6 foot and over.
