Pros: I had reservation at Greenwood village instead of Denver Airport , Hertz changed that (I have to say thanks for that) they rent me Hyundai Sonata midsize car and charged me $ 473.59 + Taxes and other charges, I paid double amount of money for five day rental car.

Pros: the car was fine

Cons: when I got to the rental location from the airport, there were no cars available. I was on vacation and spent the first day waiting for my rental car to show up at the Hertz location.
