Reservation time was when they were closedPros:Nothing, avoid at all costs.Cons:Spent 2 hours getting to Hertz to pick up the car and they were closed. Reservation time was set for the exact minute they closed, so being 2 minutes late meant no car. Called them and they didn't even try and help us find another car. They told me a supervisor would call within 24 hours and I haven't heard anything in a week. Worthless company.Reviewed Sep 30 2017

The Rental from HellPros:The ease of the use of the vehicle.Cons:The illegality of the hertz company. There was a hail storm that did damage to the vehicle and they said I was 100% responsible. This also happened to other clients and we are going to fight it tooth and nail because other than the storm I kept vehicle in mint condition. The taxes also were spiked @ $151.00Reviewed May 23 2017

Friendly helpful staff/ great carPros:The staff at Littelton Hertz were amazingly friendly and helpful. From showing me maps to restaurants to back ways to get to the airport to avoid traffic, this crew was great! They helped me carry my luggage to the car. They even made me a fresh cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be ready. They were fantastic! I was a tad worried about how little my car was, but it handled great and had some pretty cool features that I wasn't expecting.Reviewed Apr 11 2017
