Pros: Car was filthy at pick up despite assurances online that cars are being extra cleaned during covid.
Cons: We request a mid size and the Jeep was ok. Few other options would’ve been nice. The doors were to be slammed to get them to close

Reservation time was when they were closed
Pros: Nothing, avoid at all costs.
Cons: Spent 2 hours getting to Hertz to pick up the car and they were closed. Reservation time was set for the exact minute they closed, so being 2 minutes late meant no car. Called them and they didn't even try and help us find another car. They told me a supervisor would call within 24 hours and I haven't heard anything in a week. Worthless company.

The Rental from Hell
Pros: The ease of the use of the vehicle.
Cons: The illegality of the hertz company. There was a hail storm that did damage to the vehicle and they said I was 100% responsible. This also happened to other clients and we are going to fight it tooth and nail because other than the storm I kept vehicle in mint condition. The taxes also were spiked @ $151.00
Friendly helpful staff/ great car
Pros: The staff at Littelton Hertz were amazingly friendly and helpful. From showing me maps to restaurants to back ways to get to the airport to avoid traffic, this crew was great! They helped me carry my luggage to the car. They even made me a fresh cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be ready. They were fantastic!
I was a tad worried about how little my car was, but it handled great and had some pretty cool features that I wasn't expecting.
Cons: car had cigarette ashes in it - also smelled of cherry lifesaver smell , presumably used to hide cigarette odor .
Pros: I had a Nissan Altima and it was fantastic! I was originally given a Toyota Corolla but it didn't have a cruise control and the customer service person was very helpful in switching it out for me since we were taking a trip. I have rented twice from this Hertz and will continue to do so!
