Cons: They are closed on the holidays, but will allow you to book a drop off date for them. Then they will charge you however many days between when you dropped off the keys, and when they come back from holiday because they weren't able to "close out your contract."

Cons: The location in Poughkeepsie is kind of a pain to get to. The facility itself was fine: a basic little building next to a parking lot. it's just it's location off the Route 9 strip that was a detraction. I don't really like the gasoline policy. We got the car with a third of a tank and were told we could return it with a third of a tank. There were all sorts of options about buying gas up front, blah blah blah. That adds a bit of guess work. Just give me a full tank and require it to be full upon return. None of this gasoline gamesmanship, please.
