The stated pick up time for the car was 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 5:02 p.m. and the place was dark. On the website it says it's open until 6:00 p.m. but they had a paper sign on the door saying the hours were to 5:00 p.m. Why would they allow me to set a pick up time after hours? Ridiculous! So I ended up having to go around the corner and rent a car from Enterprise. Should have done that in the first place.Reviewed Nov 13 2021

Nice car, nicer staff at HertzPros:The car was clean and in good condition. Staff assisted us in checking out the car for overall condition. Explained everything we needed to know.Cons:Took our lives in our over hands trying to get in and out of the Hertz parking lot, which they share with multiple businesses. The lot is located on a very busy street and not much around to slow down traffic so one can easily get in and out.Reviewed Nov 22 2017
