Pros:I loved that the staff was quick, and didn’t try to sell me additional add-ons or insurance. Easiest prepay experience ever. Thankyou!
Cons:Only one person was working at the desk, so I had to wait about 10 minutes to be helped. The car was not very clean inside.
Pros:The car was clean and in good condition. Staff assisted us in checking out the car for overall condition. Explained everything we needed to know.
Cons:Took our lives in our over hands trying to get in and out of the Hertz parking lot, which they share with multiple businesses. The lot is located on a very busy street and not much around to slow down traffic so one can easily get in and out.
Pros:We loved the vehicle that we had!!
Cons:They told us that there were no vans available likely reserved. When we told them an SUV would not work for us as we had a lot of stuff we needed to bring on our trip then all of the sudden we had an option of two vans. That was confusing to me. I am really thankful we got the van.
Cons:I had to wait more than four hours to receive a smaller car than what I booked. The agent was nice to offer an upgrade (after 3 hours of waiting) but the car was in a bad condition (tires were bad). So I had to accept a lower grade vehicle. Pick up and drop off process is very slow.
Pros:Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.

Cons:The agent was preoccupied with tv. He didnt acknowledge me either. Drop off was easy. I asked for a ride and was told I couldnt get one. Instead I had to grab a ride share service. I never had that issue with other rental car places.
Pros:The process was fast and efficient, process took less than 10 minutes. Car was clean and topped off. The Avis representative was professional and respectful.
Cons:I would like to have done my vehicle inspection with the representative. There was an existing scuff mark and the windshield had a tiny tiny crack. Both the scuff and the crack were annotated I just feel the Avis Rep should have told me prior to walking outside and inspecting my vehicle.
Cons:WE could not find the drop off location in Valencia. We called for 45 minutes trying to get a hold of someone in THAT location to better help us. They did not answer the phone so it went to the National number. They could not assist either. We desperately needed to drop off the car to get to my mother in law in the hospital who had just had a stroke. We finally found the office and saw the lone employee on his personal cell phone while the office phone kept ringing. Completely unacceptable. I will be a filing a complaint with Avis directly as well.
Cons:Car was promise for pick up at 10am ... does not have the car till 12;30...

Pros:The guys who checked me in and out were very nice. I got a two-grade car upgrade, AFTER making my initial reservation. So I canceled the first reservation. Got a 2018 Toyota Camry LE for $219 a week. Total with insurance, etc was only $359. Fun car to drive with great gas mileage. Drove to San Diego and Borrego Springs and spent a total of only $70 in gas. Maybe I’ll buy one.
