The Operations Manager, Arjun Dhingra, is one of the rudest and least helpful individuals I have dealt with. He acussed us of damaging a rental car and demanded we provide photos. Not only were we not instructed to take photos of the car, we did not have a walk around with any of their staff. Most importantly, there was absolutely no damage with the car. When this was brought up with Arjun Dhingra, he became needlessly condescending and rude. I will certainly never rent from Hertz, and cannot say anything good about their staff. Just absolutely rude, fraudulent, disgusting people who ought to consider changing careers.Reviewed Apr 28 2023

No one escorted to parking lot where the car was parked for pickup. Car had 2 scratch marks on the passenger side front bumper at the bottom along with black spots and light stretch marking at many locations on front, back and sides of the car. But no one accompanied to note down and I was asked to note down my inspection results on pre-rental inspection form. No customers care touch at the time of pickup. I am yet to undergo drop off experience tomorrow morning i.e. on August 02, 2022 at 7 A.M. Hopefully it would be better than pickup experience.Reviewed Aug 1 2022

The van was very good. But the girl at the rental counter had us inspect the car for damages. We told her about some scratches on the rear passenger panel. She told us not to worry about scratches. She told us to look for dents or other damage. When we turned the car in on 7/21, the guy made an issue of the scratches. He said they were going to possibly charge us for repairs! We were told not to worry about scratches. They were already there and we don’t feel that we are responsible.Reviewed Jul 22 2022

We were given TWO bulky keys that were wired together. If 1 key is lost, both keys are gone! Seems to us that you should keep the second key in case of an emergency? When we returned the car, the lady thanked us and said we would receive an Email. We don’t really have any proof that the vehicle was any returned. We suggest that some proof of return is given. When we were picking up the rental car, the credit hold was put on my card which was expected but because of an issue, they had to try and charge again although on my credit card it showed the first went through. Because they tried again it was declined by my credit card and I had to call them and it was a big back and forth deal which delayed us getting the car by over 2 hours. Eventually the worker figured out the issue and I was able to get the car but it was a very irritating way to start our trip.Reviewed Jun 5 2022
