Cons: La verdad nunca use el servicio debido a que no me pudieron rentar el carro por qué no aceptaron la targeta de crédito, espero la devolución del dinero ya que el servicio no fue prestado. Gracias

Pros: I loved the ease of the rental and the price. I researched a lot of companies and Hertz had a great deal. The van was extremely comfortable and easy to drive. I would definitely rent from Hertz in Woodbridge again.

Pros: Likes: the price was great/unbeatable, they offer a pick up service, got my rental fast, returning was easy and outside of cat was clean
Cons: Dislikes: the car was a little beat up around the bumpers and stains on the seats

Poor timing
Pros: The price was the best out of all rental companies.
Cons: I reserved a rental car from Hertz at least one week before I NEEDED the rental. I was supposed to pick up the car at noon; Hertz called me at 10:48 the day of to tell me no cars were available. I told the representative that my scheduled would have worked better if they could have, at least, called me the day before. The representative told me that they weren't allowed to call the day before. Wow! Hertz really placed me in a bind. I will never EVER reserve anything from Hertz again!
