Could have been better
Pros: I thought I liked the initial quoted price online .
Cons: I did not like the fact that I was charged for two different prices against my card that I was not informed about. I called to ask questions regarding that and was told the hold they had on would drop off after return which I was fine with but afterwards I was still charged two different prices that did not total to the amount that I was told over the phone as the total cost. So therefore , I was charged more and they ran up my credit card limit.

Cons: Counter representative misrepresented how the prepaid fuel option worked by saying I would be charged $2.28 per gallon for the amount I used, not that I was paying for the whole tank regardless.

Cons: Couldnt get the car when i go there, Caused a lot of frustration

Pros: The car I was given to rent was clean.
Cons: The car (Chevy Cruz) was most uncomfortable for my parents, specifically, the leg room in the passenger seat (where my mom sat) and back seat (where my dad sat). In addition, prior to returning the car, I filled the gas tank (which was only half empty). When the email bill came, I noticed a charge of $155 for fuel and service. Please note that this was 222 mile trip which took 11 hours. Currently trying to have this issue resolved. Words of wisdom....prior to leaving the parking lot, take the time to inspect the car to make sure it will be a good fit. Secondly, if you fill the tank, confirm with the incoming attendant that that he/she noted the tanks was full. Finally, do not accept an email receipt....go directly to the office and get a hard copy and then check it to make sure the amount charged is correct.
