Hello, I never got my car. We arrived at Hertz and they just told us they had no vehicle available, and that we had yo deal with it. That you were not checking the vehicles available before confirming the bookings...that's crazy. And we nearly cancelled our appointment due to this. Today the card was checked out. The service at the office at the Bari airport, and at the office in downtown Lecce both were just beyond incredible. Truly nice people. Helpful. Willing to go out of their way to help us pay a parking ticket upon returning the car in Lecce

I had a horrible interaction with an employee named Sam at the pickup at Hertz. My rental was through a company I was working with, and paid for. when I told Sam that he insisted that he needed to start a new order which made no sense. When I showed him paperwork on the reservation that was already paid for he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, accusing me of giving him FALSE information. I had never been treated like that by an employee at any rental car agency.
There was no information on your website that a Florida resident can not rent with debit card at airports - I had been traveling from Europe all day , 20 hours to find out I can’t get a car , and I had paid for insurance that I have not received back
It needs to be clearer when the pick up location is not at the airport.
Car was dirty and the representative said that it was just dusty. But it was in fact covered with some kind of sap! Also the building was being painted so you could not see the signage and I kept calling the local phone number and they would not answer the call. Just poor customer service.
Everything went very smooth
I won't use Hertz again unless it's my only option. Unknown charges, charged upgrade $15.00 per day because I was late picking it up and it was already paid for in full. $90.00 extra driver fee The maintenance obviously isn't a priority, we weren't even 20 miles away from picking it up and the change oil light came on. We drove a 1000 miles on it. Then the tire light signal let me know, I had 34 pounds of pressure in three tires, with the front passenger at 38.
