The car should have been cleaned before we received it
Overall the service was very good. I would recommend
Our car was ready as we had booked several weeks ahead of time. We did have to wait a long time as there were 2 employees working the front and checking cars in the lot. There was a wait list for same day pick up. And as they were backed up and it’s first come first service. We had to wait through 45 min of everyone who hadn’t booked ahead. Staff was patient and friendly. Drop off was super easy just drive up and left the keys inside. There was someone inspecting upon arrival. Thing else to do. Unlimited miles was a wonderful feature as we drove a lot. The car was perfect for what we needed good handling 4x4 for off road terrain food ac and spacious.

Good experience overall. Pick up was long - first car had a flat so I needed to go back and change for a new one - total process took 90min
Didn't have a vehicle for me at pickup. Offered no help or solution.
I arrived right before my 6pm pickup time and was told at the desk that they didn't have a vehicle for me. While setting up my pickup and drop off time, it kept changing my drop off date and time from the 19th to the 21st even though I put pickup 18th and drop off the 19th which I planned to get them to correct at Hertz desk. They also told me that all other rental companies were out of vehicles at GPT airport as well. I left and scheduled with National and they were able to accommodate me but I had to wait until 7 pm for pickup. It was not a good experience to drive all of the way there and not have the vehicle I reserved and then have to wait another hour.
I never received the car and they charged me
Excellent service, Hospitality.
They added $202 to what I’d already paid with a very bad explanation as to why.
