Pros:I've rented from Hertz several times in the last 2 years. I've always had great customer service. They do strive to make sure the customer is satisfied and that goes a long way nowadays. I will not rent from anyone else.

Pros:The woman we rented from was very personable and kind. The car drove very well and I enjoyed the make and model. No issues with the functionality of the car at all.
Cons:We had to wait a little under an hour to receive our car rental. The attendant was busy helping several other customers. By the time I received the car it was closing time and the attendant was trying to lockup so I was not able to go back and complain about the following: there was a dirty sock in the trunk, the steering wheel was sticky, the interior smelled like feet, and the gas tank was only half full.

Pros:The staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Hassan even drove us back to the airport when we returned the car so we didn't have to take an Uber!

Pros:This vehicle exceeded my expectations. It was great for accommodating my family. The price was awesome as well.
Cons:I can't say there was anything I didn't like! My experience was great, the vehicle was great. 2 thumbs up!

Pros:Being able to return my vehicle to another location.
Cons:One salesperson said that if I had a receipt that I would get my taxi refunded when taken to another location. The salesperson at the location where I picked up the car "supposedly" did not know how to to do...UGH!

Pros:The car was a 2017.
Cons:After being told that because I wasn't taking a flight and didn't have a credit card associated with any flight, they told me I couldn't pick up the car that I already booked and paid for. They cancelled my booking and told me my mother had to book it in her name. I was charged close to 500 dollars for a car that cost me less than 200 online. You all have not refunded me anything and that is not acceptable!

Pros:The whole process was quick and easy. Enjoyed driving the car, it handled well and was presented honestly in the ad.
Cons:Hardly anyone's fault, but the low tire pressure light went on.

Me quedaron mal con el alquiler y perdí mi viaje y reserva de hotel en Chicago.... no pude viajar con mi familia que vino a visitarme de otro pais, muy mal servicio por parte de la funcionaria que se burlo de nosotros...
