Cons:I paid for a Jeep months before this trip and when we arrived they didn’t have any Jeeps at all. They said it’s either a Huyandi Sonata or nothing. They didn’t even offer to make up the price difference.
Pros:We had a Kia Optima for one week and it was a great value which was $45.00 a day rather much lore wasted on taxi rides to and from the resort.
Cons:There was no car available so we did rent from them
Cons:Car was not available when we arrived. We waited over an hour for our car.

Cons:We had to wait at least 30 minutes for our car.

Cons:the way i was treated at pick up the poor condition of car it over heated on two occasions it was an overall bad experience i wont let it happen again.

Cons:Returning the car took a little longer than expected because the agent has to leave the desk and go inspect the car.
Cons:Our trip had to be cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. I understand that we had a non-refundable reservation but Hertz could have been a good corporate citizen and waived the $50 cancellation fee or offered to donate it to relief efforts. We would have been happy to have that $50 go towards the people of St. Thomas rather than to Hertz's profit margin. Hertz should think outside the box regarding their cancellation policy during such a devastating time!
Pros:Perfect car for STT. A fair amount of wear and tear. Expensive for what it is, though.
Cons:Should have been $150 cheaper over the 10 day period.
Pros:We arrived early and was able to get into our car quicker.
Cons:extra added on costs that we were hit up with during check in. Thought prepaid amount covered it all??
