Cons: Hertz cheated me out of $300.00 they did not tell me the car was no smoking. Yes it was in the contract but I am 65 and unable to read the small print on the contract. They should have covered this with me but they did not. I'll neve rent a car from them again

Pros: Great gas mileage! Roomy and comfy.
Cons: The price and the extra insurance on a daily rate us outrageous. My husband looked over the car before we left and he noticed a couple of very small dings..so we let them know and they came out to see. They didn't even know about the dings.

Pros: Good value, nice people at check in.
Cons: check in and check out very slow. I did an online payment and yet when I got to the rental place I had to give them the exact same information which took way too long, considering I'd already given that information, online.

Hertz delayed us 7 hours for a flat tire
Pros: Staff at location was fine
Cons: Road side assistance line gave us conflicting information and did not fulfill all of its commitments.

Horrible Customer Service
Cons: They didn't have a car for me even though they could see I had reserved a vehichle. I was dropped off so I had to use Uber to take me to the airport. They offered no compensation nor did they even try to see if they coild set me up with something at the airport. Very disappointed in Hertz.

Good car Poor first Impression
Pros: It was easy to add an extra day to the rental and at a reasonable rate. The dropoff person was friendly unlike the pickup.
Cons: The location i picked the car up from closed at 6 but nothing was mentioned on the site about having to arrive before 6 or your car would be given away. I was treated very rudely until another person arrived after me who also had a reservation but was not told they were close or that their car was given away. The manager offered me a smaller car for the same rate and larger car but I would have to pay more! He then partially cleaned up a newly returned car and gave it to me. Very Bad Experience. Did not want to help fix the issue but reluctantly did after I advised I had prepaid for the rental.

Hertz rental car
Pros: The car was nice, clean and had nice extras.
Cons: Picking up the car is a slower process then I prefer.

Hiccups at pick-up, but otherwise fine
Pros: Drop-off was a complete breeze. The price was great. I was pleased with the features available in the base model (iPod connectivity, hands-free phone).
Cons: I reserved a Q4, but none were available when I picked up. Rather than drive a minivan (which I do every day, so wanted something different), I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for the Q4 I booked. It was only a minor inconvenience, but what I don't understand is this. When I book a Q4, why are you not holding a Q4 for me? I just don't get it! I also haven't yet received an emailed copy of my receipt.

Economy car rental
Pros: Price was great. Paid an extra $15 for GPS which is always helpful.
Cons: The car wasn't as new or clean as I've had previously with Hertz but it got me around safely.

Help Strangers with Better Directions
Pros: The airport signs were very clear on where the rental cars needed to be dropped off. The drop off was under a cover.
Cons: Hertz Tulsa Airport needs to look at their drop off from a stranger's viewpoint. Their sign on which aisle to take was not initially noticeable. From there, which slot to park in was also not clear. The sign about the lack of an attendant was unclear. Where was the attendant supposed to be? Was he/she supposed to be in recognizable clothing? Where was the drop off box? It took far too long to just return a car and a key. Wandering around a parking lot at 9:00 at night is not an appropriate requirement for a tired senior citizen.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was convenient
Cons: Car was dirty service was lacking. Condition of car was fair. And the price was a lot more then the charges that was quoted to me

Cons: The individual at the counter attempted to gouge me with extra cost. I always use Hertz so I waa quickly alerted something was wrong. In addtn there were extra cost added on, such as car being returned at the time stated on the kayak reservation which the agent at the counter attempted to charge extra for. I'm not happy and will likely not use hertz anymore at Tulsa airport

Live Roach in the Glove Compartment
Pros: Not much of a line in the airport when picking up the car.
Cons: The live roach in the glove compartment was very off-putting. This isn't Hertz's fault, I don't think, but, the NOLA airport needs better signage for picking up cars when one is coming in from the street, rather than from an airplane.

After 5 minutes of driving flat tire light came on
Pros: It was clean and easy to pick up and drop off
Cons: I didn't like that i didn't feel safe driving in the car with low tire pressure in a really bad storm. I had to get out in the pouring rain to air up the tires really late at night. That was not pleasant
