time is money
Pros: Good value, nice people at check in.
Cons: check in and check out very slow. I did an online payment and yet when I got to the rental place I had to give them the exact same information which took way too long, considering I'd already given that information, online.

Hertz delayed us 7 hours for a flat tire
Pros: Staff at location was fine
Cons: Road side assistance line gave us conflicting information and did not fulfill all of its commitments.

Horrible Customer Service
Cons: They didn't have a car for me even though they could see I had reserved a vehichle. I was dropped off so I had to use Uber to take me to the airport. They offered no compensation nor did they even try to see if they coild set me up with something at the airport. Very disappointed in Hertz.

Good car Poor first Impression
Pros: It was easy to add an extra day to the rental and at a reasonable rate. The dropoff person was friendly unlike the pickup.
Cons: The location i picked the car up from closed at 6 but nothing was mentioned on the site about having to arrive before 6 or your car would be given away. I was treated very rudely until another person arrived after me who also had a reservation but was not told they were close or that their car was given away. The manager offered me a smaller car for the same rate and larger car but I would have to pay more! He then partially cleaned up a newly returned car and gave it to me. Very Bad Experience. Did not want to help fix the issue but reluctantly did after I advised I had prepaid for the rental.
