Cons: My rental car was not parked in the correct spot so I could not find my car in the cold weather. I had to go back inside and ask the agent to find my car. Not convenient and a waste of my valuable time too.

Didn't get to rent
Pros: Had a rental for 10/5 through 10/6. When I got thee they told me that I didn't have the rental until 10/6.
Cons: Whether it was my fault or the computers, the hertz personnel, wasn't able to help me out. She didn't even offer.
