Pros:

The vehicle was easy to handle and rode smooth

Cons:

The women explaining the details while I looked at the car was a little rude especially when I pointed out marks on the vehicle and the fact that the back tire had extremely low tread versus the other three. Seemed like she wanted to add on too many "extras" onto the quoted price online.

Staff was busy at the time of pick up, but friendly.

Cons:

Had to wait on auto to be delivered from another Enterprise facility. Several warning lights on dash, cruise control did not work.

Pros:

Pick up was good. We did have to wait for the staff member to clean the car but not to long.

Cons:

The only problem was the inside of the windshield was dirty I had to clean it myself because I couldn't see out of it.
