Wonderful
Myles, Aug 2020 - Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque-N. Balloon Fsta Pk By IHG
Pros (+) New, comfy beds, super friendly staff, plenty of outlets and USB ports, well lit room, great bag lunch even during COVID
Cons (-) We were assigned the only bad room in the building but easily changed to a new room as it was directly above the maid service room which contained the industrial washing machines for the building which made a thumping sound every 15 seconds.

Pros (+) Bed and pillows were soft and very comfortable.
Cons (-) More variety in breakfast would be nice.

Anonymous, Jun 2018 - Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albuquerque Midtown
Pros (+) My truck didn’t get stolen overnight, which was a concern based on multiple people hanging around in the parking lot for no apparent reason when we arrived a little after 2am.
Cons (-) Clerk not present when we arrived. Suspect he was sleeping in back and only came out after we waited and then called out. Room we were assigned was already occupied. Upon return to desk, no clerk present. Called verbally, knocked on the ‘staff only’ doors, called the hotel phone, nothing. Waited. Waited. Waited. After nearly 30 minutes (no joke) he arrived back from somewhere and immediately accus...

Pros (+) Good breakfast Front desk very helpful but does add $15.00 damage deposit? Supposedly, we will get that back.

Pros (+) The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were super clean. My son was barefoot most of the time and his feet were never dirty. The location is perfect. It's centrally located, easily accessible, but still quiet. We're already planning to come back.

Pros (+) The staff were polite and helpful. I definitely liked the proximity of the hotel to different attractions, like the zoo and old town. I also liked how it was a short drive off I-40. I only stayed overnight, but I would stay here again for sure.
Cons (-) My only complaint is that my TV was not working properly. When I would change the channel, it would go from the previous channel, back to the new one, back to the previous one, back to the new one, and then it would stop on the previous channel.

Pros (+) The hotel is undergoing a nice renovation, but the beds are hard as rocks. I was told they are in the process of being replaced, but that didn't help us in our stay.
