The room was bad. Broken lamps, dirty floors, nasty shower with someone else's hair left in it.

Breakfast is awful. Bed is ok. Room is fairly clean. For 58 dollars including tax and free parking you get what you pay for.

For the cost, ~$55, this hotel is worth it, especially if you’re just driving on the interstate and need a place to sleep. However, overall, the hotel is a bit run down, rusting showers, and the night clerk was rude and surly.

Everything was great, our room didn't feel extremely clean. The shower wouldn't turn off all the way so we heard it all night. The fire alarm randomly went off at midnight. Pet fee was great price! Breakfast was good.

Jonathan, Jul 2019 - Quality Inn and Suites Albuquerque Downtown - University
Pros (+) Probably the complimentary 2 adult drinks in the evening
Cons (-) Update to the facility. It’s pretty old. Plus the shower wall was leaking through to the bedroom causing the carpet to be wet. I don’t know how long this has been going on. Concern of mold! Needs new mattress rough sleep. Also we were right by the indoor hot tub that doesn’t have a door. So the whole hallway smelled like chlorine.

Pros (+) They had Direct TV
Cons (-) Our first room even though it was supposed to be non smoking smelled like old stale cigarettes and it was making my girlfriend sick. (They were kind of enough to move us though) However, Our second room was just as bad. It didn't smell like cigs but the floor was clearly not vacuumed, the walls were super dirty, not all outlets worked, ear piece on hotel phone was broken, multiple black streaks on...
