Clean and comfortable. Main issue was no USB ports. I know it’s an older property but at least the alarm clock could have USB ports for charging. It’s just old and drab. Also the carpet felt really gross when walking on it.

In general with all recent stays there always seems to be a minor problem with the TV remote controls. The batteries always need replacing to work properly

Pros (+) The size and cleanliness of the room were the best features! The breakfast was hot and tasted great!
Cons (-) The noise level between the floors was the only disappointing part. The room above us was up 5-6 times and stomped across the floor all hours of the night. It was so loud, it made it hard to sleep! There is air traffic noise which is expected being so close to the airport. This didn’t really bother us, just alerting others this is to be expected.

Pros (+) The staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They all seemed to go above and beyond the confines of their job. The breakfast was great. Using fairly basic ingredients, the staff provided us with a healthy, tasty breakfast -- yogurt, good fruit, good breakfast meat, oatmeal, as well as the standard waffles etc. It was probably the best breakfast that I've had at a Hampton. They kept it ...
Cons (-) The pool area was not as clean as it could have been. The smell from the hot tub, while not strong, indicated that attention was needed. The rooms were clean enough, but not great. But they didn't feel as sharply maintained as other places. For example, there was a bug in the room. Although it was a suite, there was only one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner; we had to ask for more. It wasn...

Pros (+) Great location, right off the freeway. Easy to find. Checked in late with no problems. They had the room we requested and it was very clean! Front desk staff was very nice and responsive with any requests we had.
Cons (-) The pool and hot tub were both broken during our entire trip. It didn't bother us, as we still used it everyday but we never saw anyone else use the pool while we were there and some days it reached around 90 degrees. My only issue was on the day we checked out housekeeping came at 8 AM. Yes, we should have used a "do not disturb" sign so we brushed it off and figured maybe they though we were goi...
