Cons (-) Everything, the place was run down and dirty.

Pros (+) Convenient location and parking. Price was fair. Room adequately clean and comfortable for an older building.
Cons (-) Exterior entrances. A little noisy. Only had decaf coffee in the room!! :O

Pros (+) Bath and amount of towels were great and clean
Cons (-) Carpet needs cleaning badly stains all around. First thing I saw when I entered. Sheets & mattress pad weren’t totally on the bed. Needed to adjust them so they didn’t have lumps

Pros (+) The location was good and the parking lot was well lit.
Cons (-) The floors of my room (303) were absolutely disgusting, I wore my shoes in the room and laid towels down in the bathroom. The staff was extremely rude, and one young man with a tall afro was extremely rude. I came down after a sporting event to purchase a bottled water before bed. I asked the young man if I could purchase a bottle water. At that same time a player who made a mistake was discussing...

Cons (-) Pool was in the parking lot overlooking a busy street. Had to switch our rooms because it smelt like smoke, carpet looked old, and pillows did not have covers on it. New room’s bathtub was old and cracking. Courtesy breakfast was subpar. Will not stay again.

Pros (+) After the stress of a canceled flight, this was a perfect place for me to relax. Location was a few minutes by car and a fifteen minute walk from the airport. Check-in was easy, and I was in my room in minutes after arriving. Staff was very friendly and kind. All things considered, deal was great and I'd stay again.
Cons (-) The room was a little dirty.

Cons (-) I didn't like to be charged twice for the deposit. I got my money back the next day but it would have been nice to have that to do some shopping.
