Staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Recommended upgrade for our needs and comfort; upgraded with no hassle and minimum waiting time.Cons:
Facility itself had a malodorous stale scent. Vehicle was hastily cleaned, as we upgraded last minute, but there remained evidence of previous renters (old spill, half full water bottle and some old food/candy under seat). Allowances made as the vehicle used was not the original one prepped.5.6 Fair

The rental agent while pleasant was disingenuous. She tried to convince me a ford focus was a "premium" car but also offered several small SUV's. The SUV I finally and reluctantly settled on was functional but far from my expectations.4.0 Mediocre

I loved the service. The staff at the Enterprise rental facility was by far the best I've experienced. The follow-up was impeccable. The cleanliness of the vehicle was good.Cons:

Our pick up was incredibly stressful. We weren't allowed to use American Express at booking, and had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes when we picked up the car to change the credit card information. The phone representative was unable to answer our questions and took an unnecessary amount of time to confirm that were were going to pay the amount we originally reserved the car at.9.6 Wonderful

Arrived and informed that car was in a satellite facility. The airport folks called the correct office and a gentleman came to airport to pick me up. Only ten minutes away. $100/day less than airport! Well worth it.5.6 Fair

The car was very suitable, would have enjoyed more room but gas mileage was sufficient and the value of this rental size was best.Cons:
One hour and 15 minutes for dropoff, very unacceptable. I understand things happen but that caused problems for myself as well. No representative was at the location when I arrived 45 minutes before close. The representative was apologetic and was obviously flustered with about 9 people and 5 transactions waiting. I wanted a receipt for my rental and was pleased I at least got that, which also took some doing because the system was trying to charge for an extra hour although I was there on time. The rental itself was fine, although they also seem to have an issue with detailing on a timely basis.Good to know
