Houston Hotels in Washington Ave/Memorial Park

It was easy to find as right on the highway. There were also a few handy places to eat nearby. I was disgusted by the service of the staff. I was also extremely disapointed that dispite having booked non-smoking rooms, we were given smoking rooms and told that it was 'tough' that was not what we had booked and paid for as it was 'all that was available by the time they got our reservation'. They should not be able to sell something on the internet they cannot provide.

the serenity of the environment. the discription is very poor.

A typical American motel experience. Large rooms. Fairly close to Downtown Houston. Decent breakfast. Noisy, totally non charming, right on a busy motorway, old fashioned.

Loctions was not good, they call themselves Comfort Inn Downtown but at not even close to downtown.

The room was comfortable with the little extras in it. The double beds seem a little small. The continental breakfaast was beyond my expectation. Staff was friendly and attentive. Seem to be a rough part of town, but had no problems.

too noisy due to railway; very low speed internet; so i could not help moving to another hotel next day
