the location i went to pick it up at was closed without explanation, and only after haggling with a regional manager on the phone did i get A car. I was given a smaller car than I reserved, which was not cleaned and had under a quarter tank of gas.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I picked it up with less than 3/4 tank, and returned it with over 3/4 tank. You guys claimed I returned it empty and made me do the leg work on proving that. You sent me a receipt but then asked me to send it back to you as proof.Cons:
Stop your dishonest practices. You know there is a percentage of customers who won’t even pursue it, resulting in additional revenue for Hertz. But this comes at the expense of customers that do mind getting ripped off. I will not use Hertz again and will spread the word to my family and friends.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
