Cons:
I spent an hour and a half in line to pick up the car and when it was finally my turn I was told there were no cars available except for a 12 passenger commercial van. If I hadn’t insisted they would have never gave me another option. There were a bunch of hidden fees, had to call to get them clarified after I dropped car off. Will not rent again.10.0 Wonderful

Car dirty when picked up, cigarette ash everywhere. Tank was completely full when dropped off, and I was charged for 1/8 tank of fuel.Cons:

Pros:
Staff was friendly but not forth coming with info about tolls and so we called hertz and we were told we needed to see an agent at our nearest location. Found out the location had just closed and after another call to Hertz we were told again to wait until morning to get the info on toll sticker! Found out the next morning we didn't need to see anybody because we were to wait for a bill in the mail. We lost a day of travel because of this:( Also the side door of the cargo van kept getting stuck and would not open and the inside light would not turn off. My husband spent over 2 hours trying to turn it off on the way back from our trip! It was a very bad experience.Cons:
A different vehicle altogether, as well as, information on the use of tolls. For the price we paid we deserved better service!!2.0 Poor

Terrible service. We only went to rent the car for an Day as a surprise treat for my husband. We already had a rental for a week of our holiday. They hadn’t called us to tell us they only took credit cards. We had debit card an they wouldn’t take my one as in my name even though it was my treat.3.6 Poor

Me dieron un auto con una goma en muy mal estado.volvi al lugar y me cambiaron el auto por una camioneta por el mismo precio...me faltó información de donde dejar la camioneta en el aeropuerto de Miami.. me mandaron a cualquier lado..y ahora que estoy en mi país y recibo el importe me doy cuenta que tengo $50 dólares más de lo que me dijeron de entrada.. de donde salió ese importe?? I had to change my pick up and drop off locations twice, enterprise was flexible and accommodating. They didn't have an economy car at the new location, so they gave me a free upgrade! The customer service is consistently unbeatable. Only Enterprise!10.0 Wonderful

The customer service agents at Enterprise in Kissimmee are just wonderful. The system was quick, easy, very affordable compared to others. I had called one rental place directly and the price was more than twice the price I got, and the person was rude. Yunia is the woman at Enterprise and she has to be one of the best customer service agents around. She is friendly, professional, and has complete knowledge of her job. There was no one there, closed when I got there. Then found out the next day, they did not have any cars available to rent? Need the $22 dollars refunded. My wife just called Avis, they said to call Kayak for a refund?? She has turned this experience over to capital one to dispute the fee, since there were no cars available.9.6 Wonderful

Staff was very friendly. All went well with pick up and delivery. The windows and side mirrors were so dirty and water spotted I could barely see out. They had a film on them which made things really blurred, especially at night.Cons:

Staff was very friendly and fast even though the office was very busy. Car was very clean. Price was incredible. Drop-off took less than a minute. They had a space for me to leave my own car overnight.Cons:
I declined the CDW when making the online reservation. When I inquired about adding it at check-in, the price for it was four times higher. But this was out of the hands of the staff at my rental location and controlled by Thrifty itself.2.0 Poor

What can I say good about this reservation. Nothing really. I rent a fair amount of cars, and I’ve never had many problems at all, but this was a total debacle. My car is in garage being repaired, and I needed a rental for a Dr. visit I never made. The first problem was the rental office was closed, and the person I spoke with said it would not be opening any time soon. He also said he did not have a car for me, and that he would call me at 4 pm when he had a car. I never got that call. I spent over $50 in cab fair round trip. I fly for the airlines and witness everything from great customer service to the worst. We live in the age of technology, and things like this rarely happen, but when they do, people make the difference. Not in this case.5.6 Fair
