Yes.

Cons:

The vehicle did not handle well. I felt very uncomfortable driving the vehicle. When accelerating the vehicle moved in a Jenkins fashion. When taking left turns the vehicle pulled tremendously. And, when braking, it was not smooth in coming to a stop. I initially thought it was the type of vehicle but throughout the course of the week it became apparent that some of the issues were brought on by lack of maintenance on the vehicle. (On my way home from the rental site the service light came on stating that it wS past due for an oil change. ) The saying "You get what you pay for...) was very true in this case. I was very disappointed. :( Mary V Johnson

Compact SUV

I bet ones a 6pm pick up. I arrived to learn the location closes at 6pm. Why did it even give the option for pick ups after the location is closed?

I called to make sure there was a shuttle to this location. They told me yes, I got on the shuttle and it only went to the airport Enterprise. I asked if the shuttle would take me to the other, they told me no. So I had to cancel that reservation and rent from that enterprise and it was $75 more since I had no way to get to the other Enterprise.

Reservation & Confirmation was useless at check-in when I find there is no car available to rent.

Cons:

Actually have a car to rent before confirmation of my reservation!

Should Have been notified that I needed to use my credit card at least a week before I had to pick up. I won’t be using enterprise ever again

Drop off was easy

Cons:

The first car was so smoky that the family we rented it for, with two young children, could hardly stand the smell. They traded that car in for another one at the coast and that car was dirty (in a pandemic, when the car should have been sanitized) and also smoky.
