Unique and different. Good food although pricey as well. Lot's of things to do and see. Lot's of channels in room. Bed a bit small... We went during a special event and spent extra for the winter "chill" event. avoid at all costs. totally overpriced for what you get. Most disappointing part of our trip.
Right next door to the Carnival port. Enjoyed the self guided tour of the ship. The rooms are large. We had a 3 person room which consisted of one large room with a king bed with an adjoined small room with a twin bed and bathroom. They offer free shuttle to/from downtown Long Beach. They charge $35 to check in before 4pm. They charge parking for hotel guests. The rooms, food, and drinks are overpriced. The bedding was dirty, and it didn't look like they have ever vacuumed under the bed. There was a fire alarm at midnight. The submarine was closed.
Being Located near Long Beach was the main reason i booked. It was so easy in the morning to get into Port of long Beach, cruise terminal, downtown and aquarium. I would only give 3 stars for cleanness. It's old cruise so you can't expect the bathroom to be modified or anything but seem to work sometimes, the shower and flusher was an issue in the room I stayed.
Cool old ship. It's old ship, so the rooms are a bit old and not exactly sparkling clean. But the real issue is the Dark Harbor, haunted house event that goes on in October. We were not informed till arriving that are room would be adjacent to this raucous event. From 7pm until 1 am in the morning, extremely loud music, screaming, grass breaking and roaring gas flame would shoot off. It's criminal that the Queen Mary would rent rooms next to this mess. Oh but the front desk gives out cheap ear plugs, so that makes it all better.... not. We were on our one year anniversary and needless to say, were extremely disappointed and frustrated,
I enjoyed the history, as the ship is a museum. I also enjoyed the scariness of it. I caught orbs in my room, B505, and it was spooky. I enjoyed the feeling of being on a ship and the sights from the decks. I don't know if the rustic feel is part of the theme but it seems as if it could use some maintenance.
The staff was knowledgable and very friendly. The historical information was incredible both posted and what staff knew. Being able to explore many places on the ship on our own was really fun. Wish there was a microwave in the room.

It's a cool, old cruise ship. It's kind of a tourist destination in itself. Also, it's really close to the helipad if you're taking the helicopter to Catalina. Overall, the boat felt old and empty and dingy. The bathroom looked a little dirty —probably just age—and there were lightbulbs missing from some of the fixtures in our room. I wanted it to be like stepping back in time, but that wasn't the experience on a weekday. Maybe weekends are better?
What I like is the history about the Ship and the Location. I understand that there is an investment proyevt to improve the condition of the ship, incluían Public Areas and Rooms. Great view from the Decks. A lot of Potential to be a nice lace that was before. Get the Ship back in good shape and not just take advantage of the name! (This is for the Operators) My room was M216 I did not like the conditions of the room. It was not clean! No mentioned in the reservation that will be inside room! Big difference! Items were really old and rusty mainly in the Bathroom! Shawrr door, one light bulb missing, the chain of the lock at entrance door broken, I went to get ice and the bucket had brown water with a plastic bag!! And the door of the Air Conditioning, which was above the bed was showing further prints All over in a white door! The hotel should not rent this rooms anymore!
We left to go to Catalina and asked them to hold wedding cake til we returned later that eve. When we got there they had put the cake in one of the catering refrigerators, and didn't know which one. Front desk people said the catering manager had left and he was only 1 with key & asked if we could come back the following day, which we couldn't. I said someone must have a key. He called around & finally someone said to check w/security, who had the key. I waited 35 mins. to get my cake. Why didn't person at front desk, and the manager he called, know security would have a key. Or why didn't they put it in a refrigerator they could get to knowing we were coming back that eve.
There was no hot water in the shower. I told the staff I was sick and needed my room right away and they didn't really seem to care.

Multiple rooms in a single unit Parking, there wasn't even close to being enough spots, and many of them were extremely small that cars couldn't fit into the spot. It felt a bit small compared to other Residence Inn hotels I've stayed at in the past, clearly meant for 2 people and not 4
The community atmosphere of complex and amenities in room. Absolutely no where to park! This place needs more parking capacity. There needs to be a system where they ensure compact cars park in compact spaces. Too many examples of compact cars in non-compact car spaces. Really annoying!
The staff was very friendly, free breakfast had a large choice in the menu and food was excellent. Parking was close to room, we were given a handicap room as requested. There was nothing negative about this stay.
A wonderful weekend experience. I love the full kitchen, and fireplace!! Felt like home I could not figure out the TV, there is no guide channel, just a channel that tells you what network is on what number. There is nothing to tell you what is playing at the moment on each channel

Convenient location for our purpose with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean. Had no need to use the kitchen as we were only there 1 night. We could not get the heat to flow through. We only got the fan blowing. Nothng was there to light the durolog in the fireplace. When the staff person brought up the matches, we read the print on the log which mentioned poisons. No fire.
Fairly good wifi access. Staff friendly. It needs to be updated. The tv/cable channels all came in fuzzy and poor sound quality. Very dissapointing. Constant smell of fast food from next door.

As I paid 230 a night, I expected to have a refrigerator and a microwave and free breakfast. There was none, so I decided to go elsewhere. They would not refund my money. Manager Ben Chong was very rude and condescending. I never clarified to leave after not being able to get refund and lose 230 at around 1030 am. Took off for the day and returned at 5:00 pm and was able to enter room with key. Around 9:00 pm, 3 people were able to enter my room with their own key and alarmed me. The manager at the time offered a free breakfast and a couple drinks for compensation. The next morning I got up and left the room for a minute and was now locked out of the room, the key not working. Also coffee maker that worked the day before was now missing a component to work after maid service day before. When complaining of the lockout and strangers entering, the clerk next morning informed me that I said I was checking out, but after no refund, I decided that I would be forced to stay so as to not lose 230 just as anybody else would hate to lose 230 for nothing. This holiday inn was nice, however the service and management was awful.

The best thing it was the fast food just outside the hotel, room are clean, receptionist are kind and they gave me some good suggestion about place and route. If you would like to visit LA's DOwntown the hotel is very far and cause of the freeways very busy at every time you could take more than 1 hour to go there and much more time to go toward Santa monica, Universal and Beverly Hills.It's just on the edge of the freeway but it's not enough

We slept well...no airport noise, freeway noise, or train noise. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. This is a budget friendly hotel. This is the first Holiday Inn we have been to that didn't offer complimentary breakfast...it was $10/person. There were popcorn ceilings. It wasn't easy to find our way to the pool. The sheets were a bit rough. There was no fridge in the room.
The "Check In" staff was wonderful, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and I will mostly likely stay here again when I visit Long Beach, CA. The hotel is in a great location prior to cruising and/or enjoying the beach. Even though my parking fee was waived, I hope free parking becomes a standard practice.

one of the most amazing experience to stay at the host hotel for the long beach marathon. the hotel made sure that the guests who stayed at the hotel who participated in the events will receive a mini brown bag w/ goodies for the race. room did not come w/ a mini refrig nor any mini bar

Went through Kayak to purchase this room. Kayak seemed to think it was a 4 star. It is it not a four star, 2.5 to 3. Took 25 minutes to check in with only one person in line ahead of me, mold in the shower, shower was over all dirty and old, room was stuffy the whole time I was there, parking was 26.00, which is NOT advertised, found out when I got there, Internet was 14.95, which I was advised of that when I arrived although my receipt showed a king size room - Internet. My fault for assuming that if was included. won't stay here again, especially for the rate that I was charged. Hmmmm... Large bath towels

The staff was very helpful and nice. The price was high for what you get at the hotel. I have stayed in very nice hotels that offer a more luxurious feel. Also, there were protesters there outside the main entrance almost every morning around 0700. You could easily hear them and it was quite obnoxious.
Breakfast was very expensive, but also very good. No fridge, no ice machine on my floor, very dirty bath tub, uncomfortable bed, no outlets by mirror, outlets by bed did not work,
Booked online for a room with a double bed. Reservation confirmation after booking the reservation snuck in "double or king." When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms with double beds and not even any rollaway beds. So I canceled the reservation. Kayak may not be the responsible provider, but when the website option selected is room with double beds and that's the primary reason for my selection of the particular hotel, they better have that kind of room available to backstop my booking. Otherwise, it's false advertising. I will think twice before using Kayak again to book a hotel room.
The hotel itself was beautiful, and edgy. Everything was an additional charge and expensive. I've stayed in NY and never thought i'd see pancakes sold at $15. I also would expect a hotel to include wi-fi. Water for $5???

Easy access to bus line ( bus line is Clean an convenient) takes you to downtown long beach. Free shuttle to cruise ship terminal. Great pool and pool bar staff. Cool/funky mayan theme throughout.
We especially liked the location and the service by the front desk. Fuego is a great place to dine. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a family that were loud and disrespectful until late night. The hotel staff tried to quiet them; however, it took many attempts. It was not the real fault of the hotel; but it did make our stay unpleasant.
The views, particularly at night. It was undergoing renovation of one of the towers. Some noise etc. associated with that although it stopped by 5 pm. The staff at the restaurant was really terrible when I had a late lunch. I have stayed there before and enjoyed good service, but it was quite bad on this trip. I waited for at least ten minutes while waiters walked by me and waited on tables seated after I was. There were only 6 or so tables total as it was late afternoon. At one point my waiter talked to the table next to me about personal matters for about ten minutes and then walked off without coming by my table or refilling my water. My experience with all other staff was excellent. The restaurant staff is entirely responsible for the Okay rating.
The staff was very courteous from the moment we arrived and very helpful the entire time. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Long Beach area in the future.
We (either spouse and/or kid) have stayed here at least once a year and have watched it undergo many improvements, it is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the Queen Mary but would like to avoid the noise or prefer a larger room and a pool. Since it is set up like a motel, you have to walk over between buildings and to the pool. The Sunday brunch is fantastic, there is a cute sand area for the kids, decor is cute and the facility always appears clean. I have not used any of the service options (in room or pool side) due to some really bad experiences prior to the change of ownership. During the last stay there was a music festival at the Queen Mary which is to say that it was difficult to get to the hotel and once there, parking was difficult and people were pre-partying around the hotel. We had dinner reservations on the QM and the woman at the front desk offered a golf cart shuttle to the ship. On our way to the room we watched concert goers jockey for a space on the golf cart and then proceed to sit on one another's lap to fit. When we later approached the golf cart pick up area we were relieved to find it empty. A person identifying himself as a manager informed me "this cart isn't working, the battery is out" and then he clarified that it was the only one they had. Lame. In the end we were able to get to dinner in 10 minutes via sturdy Louboutins and the walk path but I would have liked a more professional handling of the situation.
The atmosphere, view and vibe was relaxing and incredible !! the guy at the front desk was really respectfull and helpfull and even gave us free fresh baked choclate cookies at check in and compt our parking for our visit , think his name was Noor ... Highly recomend and will definitley be coming back soon ! Thumbs upppp

I LOVED the way the entire staff went above and beyond to make all of our special requests absolutely special. My Girlfriend actually closed the room door before getting her roses out and Satya (housekeeper) let her in to get them and was very very sweet about it. Thank You All!! We had a great time. No, everything was great but we just could not find the ice machines.

The complimentary breakfast had a great selection, the food we ordered from their restaurant was good and the pool area had a very tropical feel to it. The rooms had a very homey feel to them and very private I reserved the room through Kayak and it took over 20 minutes to find my reservation. We ordered room service on our first day there and they told us to leave the dishes outside our door and they would pick them up....they stayed out there for 2 days
We reserved a suite. the room contained two full beds with a stitting room. they were well eqipped with a small kitchen area, microwave, single serve coffee pot and fridge. Although there were some stains on the carpet, the room was clean overall the room was a bit dated. The spanish style was pretty, but it seemed like they hadn't changed much since the nineties. the beds were kind of hard. They had mattress pads but it was obvious that the mattresses were cheap. There was a breakfast buffet but it is not necessarily included with your hotel stay. We had to wait because they didn't have us on the list for free breakfast, even though i know it was included when i reserved the room. The food wasn't anything special that it needed an additional price tag. For the price I would have expected a lot more. Also, the doors to the rooms are glass, so we could hear a lot from the pool area. also, the floors seemed thin. My two year old was running and I couldn't help but think that the people down below were probably hearing it. There was a sign in the front window that they are going to be under new ownership, so hopefully that means that there will be some needed upgrades

Nothing! I booked a king room they gave me a double queen saying it was kayaks fault. The matresses are rocks. The fire alarm went off in our room only in the middle of the night, about 2am, and when we called down stairs to remedy the issue security was sent to investigate US, if I wanted to smoke I would have chosen a room that allowed smoking but my husband and I are not smokers. The next morning house keeping woke us up around 8am in the morning trying to clean the room we startled her because she said "they" told her we had already checked out but we obviously had not and check out was not until 12pm. Worst experience ever with a "nice" hotel. We will never go back!
Right next door to Knott's The whole property looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 90's... probably because it hasn't. The rooms are kinda ugly. The walls are paper thin. Room service is a joke (screwed up our breakfast order three different ways). The staff can't be bothered. Stay elsewhere and pay extra to park at Knott's. You'll be glad you did.
Price was right, location was right. I thought the lobby would use some sprucing up. It was very bland. Even some potted plants or something to brighten it up. The room was fine, bathroom sink area was very small, hard for 3 people to get ready in the morning. Tried to take a bath, but the stopper was broken. It was fun to be able to walk to the Knott's boardwalk. Not sure if I would stay there again, but it wasn't bad.

Found a room for a great price a few hours prior to arrival. Located right next to Knott's Berry Farm. Bed was comfy. Room needs updating Plan ahead if using room service for breakfast. We made the mistake of ordering at 9am, which is an hour before the park opens... it took nearly an hour for food to arrive... food was meh. Bring swim stuff. Great pool area for kids... splash pad was nice item to differentiate itself from other hotels. Overall good value for our needs Overall the hotel is in a state of disrepair. Just little things really, stains on curtains, dents on walls, spots on fixtures.

The park was close. The room was extremely dirty and dusty. The carpet had stains and the bathtub was disgusting. I was a little upset because The room did not have a microwave and I was unable to heat up my infants milk.

Customer service was ok. You could hear the people in the next room conversation. You could also hear the people screaming in the pool on the first floor. The rooms are very dark in terms of color it makes the vibe in the room weird and there were a few spots on the wall it just does not feel comfortable at all the sheets and blankets weren't comfortable nor soft . needs a major upgrade .
The pool was great. The courtesy shuttle was free & the bell captains were very accommodating & dropped us off where we requested within a useful radius. The onsite shop was very handy. Check in & check out was fast. The hallway & carpets are looking a bit old & worn.
The pool area was ok. There was Roaches! My husband had to kill three! I have never seen roaches till this!
Nice window view of the courtyard and pool. Bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable (felt almost like plastic), housekeeping staff tried to open the door three separate times between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00am, breakfast buffet was listed on website and mentioned at front desk but isn't actually included in room price. $13.99 for eggs that have been warming in a dish since 6am? No thank you! Room was much too expensive for what you get. Sorry, but we definitely will not be back.
The hotel looked like the pictures shown, nice pool, free shuttles to Disneyland, 2 full size comfy beds, clean room We asked for smoke free rooms which we got but we where placed in a smoking section, it made the whole room stink like cigarettes, the shuttles last pick up is at 11 but Disneyland park closes at 12 which makes your stay there short since you have to leave a littl early to make sure you dont miss your shuttle! Location said it was 3 miles away but its actually about 6 miles.
Nice place but pricey. Beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very nice but they had to check on our room since we reserved a double bed. They took very long because they were waiting on the manager. I had to ask what was going on with our room.
Plenty of parking, staff was great. The lounge area was really nice as well as the courtyard. Pool was clean, rooms were clean, bathrooms were good. The overall decor is really nice. Nothing to do with the hotel, but though the location is convenient, getting there can be confusing since the turn to get in looks like it's a railroad track. The beds were big enough but I think they were two Full beds as opposed to the usual two Queen beds at other same level hotels.

I loved everything! My stay there was amazing! The only thing I didn't like is that I had the breakfast buffet for my stay every morning and the staff members who work in the RED resturant pressure you to leave them a tip and linger around, and even look inside of the check to see if you left anything in your face.

Alex is awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay in the room. Very nice. I was happy to find that there was a small frig in the room. Also my breakfast was comped so that saved me 13 dollars a day. Everything was great. But I went down to the eat int eh restaurant and they didn't seem like they wanted to help. Also the menu was really strange. A lot of stuff with figs in it.
Enjoyed my stay! Staff was friendly and helpful! Very close to downtown Fullerton! The room phones were not working so when I tried to call the front desk it would not work..I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. It's not a big deal since everything else was great
The maintenance guy, when we were finally able to get the front desk to have him check out our room, was a fast worker and great to talk to. The bathroom was really nice, aside from the faucet not being screwed on (maintenance guy fixed it), shower gel container they provided was broken, and toilet looked about 20 years old. They gave us a bottle of wine since we were there for our honeymoon. It's really a motel, not a hotel. Room was not artsy, eclectic, or colorful like they advertise- it was brown, beige, and black with only 2 splashes of color in the whole room. Housekeeping sucked- didn't vacuum when there were obvious areas of food crumbs, left the garbage can on the toilet, didn't replace ice bag, didn't notify maintenance of problems with room (he specifically said they're supposed to do that). Internet was practically nonexistent and we were only allowed two devices. No HDMI hookups on the tvs. Front desk wasn't very helpful and didn't notify maintenance the first time we came to them with problems. Curtain was ripped so 6 inches of light poured in the room. People smoked outside our room so the smoke smell got in our room die to the 1 inch gaps around the door. They overpriced every service ($2 to wash laundry, $1.75 to dry laundry, $3 minimum to use their computer and $0.50 for each additional minute, $1-1.50 to print per page, etc.). No hot tub, just the pool, though the pool was nice.
The hotel was nice, clean and the location was close to downtown long beach, staff was really friendly and helpful. Our stay was great, beds were really comfortable and our room came with a fridge and microwave. Would comeback to stay for next years Long Beach marathon. Only thing wrong was the walls are a bit thin you could hear door close from other rooms down the building. But other than that's no other problems.

The concierge personnel are wonderful. The breakfast was superb!!! There was a crack/hole on the bathroom shower wall. The bathtub was not so sparkly clean compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in over the years.

Location to destination, good surroundings/area. Enjoyed the warm cookies offered at front desk. Had a billing issue at end which they corrected and honored our agreement. Was happy about that considering the start was shaky. The room service was below expectation, also only 1 small trash can and pull out bed was overdue to be replaced. A bowl of food sat on floor in hall for over 24 hrs. down hall. I mentioned it to the front desk on day 2 and when I returned it was gone.

The breakfast was really good, and service at the front desk was ok. We stayed for 4 nights. The first night, as we very first entered the room, we found dried blood on the sheets. Sheets were replaced promptly, but the housekeeper told us that he could tell the lady never cleaned our room, and that this wasn't the first time that had happened. Bathroom, walls, and carpets were dirty, with stains everywhere. Bugs were everywhere throughout our stay, and the last change of sheets we received also had dried blood on them. Also, the shuttle service to and from Disneyland is a joke. Horrible hotel, horrible experience, wish I could get my money back.
It's a nice quiet hotel. The staff here is great. Everyone at the front desk is ready and willing to assist you with anything. Breakfast here fairly good and it's served buffet style. It's located close to Disneyland and has shuttles running from 8am to midnight. It's perfect for people visiting Disneyland, especially families. The only major problem I had with this hotel was that the shower is a bit small. The towels were a little rough too but that's okay.
Was a good value for a quick over night. Quick check in, quick check out, decent beeakfast included. building seemed a little outdated. Staff thorough but not friendly.
It was convenient to the Angel Stadium and the front desk manager person was very helpful when we asked for a room that was not facing the freeway. Breakfast was great and coffee was fantastic. I would stay again as long as i get a room that is not facing the freeway. Original room faced the freeway and when we walked in we thought the window was open.It was loud and we were dreading how we were going to sleep.
Free breakfast buffet, WiFi, and shuttle to Disney World. Allowed us to check in early at no extra cost and request extra towels from online, ready once we had arrived. The free breakfast ends at 9 a.m.. Whose awake and ready to go by nine? Last shuttle to Disney World leaves at 10:30 a.m. then it does not continue to run until 5 p.m.

Staff was very friendly and responsive, great care and consistency went into room preparation. Overall, our stay was perfect! Location is perfect for Disney-goers and the shuttle service an added bonus.

The staff was rude and even lied about the rooms I booked. I had booked a room with double beds only and they gave us a king. I told them I had comfermation that it was double beds and they said it I could not find them and print it out, it was just too bad for me. Luckily, I did find it....it said double beds only....so they finally gave us the room. The staff person to.d me I booked a king...I I to.d him he was wrong and he hung up. It was a bad experience. I had to speak to the manager and the home office and print out the paper that promised me a double bed room before anything was done. Never had such a bad e perience.
It was clean. And staff was very kind . I paid in advance online for 2 Queen beds, and checking in at 5:30 we were told they only had a king! Then we go to park our cars and the spaces are like for Barbie's car !wayyyy to narrow spaces & posts that many cars have played tag with! The location is just ok...tO far from Pine Ave & 2nd Street where all the restaurants & shops are ! And they charge $15 per car per day to park in that horrible parking structure! They had NO shuttle for around town locally. The walls are thin, we had neighbors on both sides of us keeping us awake all night, laughing & partying!
The staff had no idea how to handle booking.com customers and treaded us like second class customers. The breakfast buffet is weird, it's one buffet for continental and american breakfast. As booking.com customer, you are not allowed to touch the american breakfast items.

Are room was right next to the service elevators which kept us up all night long. Only thing the staff would do was discount the valet parking charges. Won't stay there again!

Stay was Awesome Excellent Customer Service!!!! I liked how when I called Front Desk about not having a microwave and how it said my room included microwave I was informed that it was available upon request and one would be delivered to my room right away and literally as I hung up phone I received a knock at the door that microwave had arrived and they set up. Great friendly staff!!!!
From the moment I walked past the glass door and into the Lobby area I was in love with the decour. The lobby area was beautiful and spacious. There was a snack room dining tables to our left and a bar/ restaurants right there. Once you continue to walk further into the Lobby you'll notice there is a computer area which all guests area allowed to use to surf the web or print. Next to that was more seating areas. There was a beautiful fire place area outside that was surrounded by comfortable seats. There is a big pool and jacuzzi. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the water pressure in the shower. Moreover, it is near everything so it was very convenient. It's surrounded by Medieval Times, Knotts Berry Farm, The Bodies Exhibit, Restaurants, The mall is down the street, etc... The outside of the Hotel was dirty. There were a lot of leaves everywhere in the driveway area. This needed some serious cleaning As soon as I walked into the Hotel my opinion changed however. The rooms were a lot smaller then the pictures showed. Our room did not have a balcony which upset me but we did arrive before our check int time so maybe that was the reasoning behind that. The jacuzzi and the gym were in tiny rooms and everytime I intended to go into either one it was crowded. They only gave us 3 towels.

Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact when I checked in, the hotel didn't show I had a reservation. I'm not sure what happened but I showed the paperwork from Booking.com showing I booked. We were lucky they had rooms available. I would stay there again but I wouldn't book off of Booking.com.
the room was clean, quiet and easy to get to. After traveling all day we really just wanted a nice comfortable room...that's what we got.

Good value for your money, immaculate facility, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent location, close to various restaurants & shopping. Best of all........wonderful setup for a Family Suite! Two double beds with one bath & large TV in main room and separate bedroom with one King bed and its' own bathroom & large tv......also Free Internet. We usually stay at an Embassy Suites whenever we travel, but none was available in this area. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. If this is typical of Hamptons, think we'll now seek these out from now on. No exhaust vent in second bathroom of a family suite. All doors in room stuck....had to push or pull hard to open or close. Definitely not enough seating in breakfast room. Extremely crowded and not enough staff available to replenish the foods they kept running out of. Suggest they provide larger setups of all the food selections offered, thereby serving more guests more efficiently and eliminating the constant congestion surrounding the buffet. Early arrivals received scrambled eggs with diced ham...........but those guests who arrived a little later were offered frozen scrambled eggs in the form of a 'pancake' which must have been thawed in a microwave because they were partially cold & very watery. No meat of any kind was offered.
Adilene was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was decent and the room was very clean! The beds and pillows made it feel like sleeping on a cloud! Our second stay here and will definitely stay again! It is mostly geared towards families staying that go to disneyland and this time we stayed there seemed to be a group of younger people there to get drunk. At breakfast a few mornings they were sitting next to us cursing a LOT. We had to tell our younger daughter to cover her ears. Also I recommend getting to breakfast super early if you want to enjoy your food without all the chaos. People go nuts over free cereal and eggs apparently.
