Cons:

They did not have the SUV I had Booked . they only had one car on the lot and it would not fit my needs. The office was very unpleasant looking. dirty .

Passenger van

This location was offsite from the airport and did not have a shuttle service. The location itself is an auto garage and does not look like the typical budget rental car location. I still have not received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed after returning the vehicle so I’m reserving my full review until I know if I was unnecessarily billed for anything.

Pros:

CHRYSLER VAN WAS NICE & ROOMY.

Cons:

I drove down to Enterprise the week before when i made the reservation with KAYAK to confirm they had me in the system.....and they did. When i went to pickup the van Enterprise said they cancelled the order......WHAT!!!!! Representative said they tried to reach me by phone the day before and did not get me to confirm rental........WHAT! I showed him the VMS i recieved and that I called right back and did not get a sole to answer the phone. I told the Rep that most other companies use TEXT to verify / confirm transactions. Glad I saved the VMS & Phone call times. My guess is that they rented my van to another unhappy customer? Manager came out and resolved the issue and had a van delivered from the airport to their site......I had to come back later to pickup the van. Never had much luck with Enterprise and probably will avoid using them again.......always seem shady in their dealings with me.

No midsize cars, got a compact SUV, car rental was 15 miles from airport with no shuttle. Cost over 75.00 to get back and forth to rental location. Just not a good experience.

Pros:

Staff was great. Car ran fine

Cons:

Car was dirty outside and inside. Crumbs on the seats, gum stuck on the back of the headrest of the front seat

Pros:

Price was right......manager on-site worked with me to get issue resolved.

Cons:

When I reserve a car a 2 weeks in advance and call night before to verify reservation, it would be nice to actually have a car available. Need to call customers ahead of time to let them know there are no cars available so that customer can make alternative plans and not waste time driving to location.

Pros:

Car was good on gas

Cons:

Was given to me without any gas and it smelled like cigarettes my 8 y/o has asthma and the whole way to south Florida he has was having difficulty breathing. .

Pros:

Drop off was easy but the pickup was a major issue. 2hr wait and didn't get the size vehicle I paid for. Also, the vehicle had sensors going off, brake lights didn't work, and got the car on empty gas tank.

Cons:

Better support, customer service, and coordination. Reserved a month in an advance and got treated like I just reserved the prior day. Will never rent through Hertz again.
