It was conveniently located for my sightseeing itinerary, an excellent value, nice continental breakfast, easy to find and there was a shopping center across the road. None, I would definitely stay there again.
Next to the British pub. The fact that the receptionist greeted us with a certain coolness and asked for both a credit card and a drivers licence. We had just driven 7 hours to get there . We had already paid. We were very surprised that there were styrofoam cups rather than either clear pastic or glass.
Nice size room and the pools I didn't like that the indoor pool closed at 10 during peak season,10:30 to 11 would have been nice, weren't allowed to sit in lounge area after 10 to socialize.
Everything was unpleasant: smell, cleanlyness, welcome, quality of breafast.
the room was spatious, staff was friendly. It was good value for money. no
We had a rather large room in the first floor, everything was clean, the service at the reception was good, continental breakfast was really ok, we were very content.
Coffee in the morning was better this year, along with night time service. The fact that when you come as a family and only one person's name is on the credit card you used and they get their first they are not allowed to enter the room, change this policy. The couch pull out bed is awful!! Soooo uncomfortable! Never any clean towels pool side, invest in some more, so we don't have to use our bath towels.Room service never came during our 2 nights stay! New carpet is needed in the rooms!
It's convenient to the venue that we frequent each year. There was a leak from the room above us, was apparently identified - a little suspicious & inconvenient - but was repaired by the time we returned in the evening.
Nice pool, ping-pong. Big room. Good location. Clean. Helpful personnell. Free wi-fi Breakfast could be better.
The room size was very large. A microwave & refrigerator in room added benefit and the heat was adequate. No tissue or toliet paper in room
The room had a little kitchen area very comfortable I would stay here again. Very no frills but it was very cheap. Staff not English speaking, cleaning staff extremely rude and a bit scary. Owners do not shovel walk ways making guest trudge through deep snow.
Nothing. Cock roaches, Dusty, Dirty and nasty stains on walls and floor...
Nothing We didn't even make it into out room, we cancelled our reservations before entering the room. People were smoking weed in the parking lot. A toothless woman wanted to eat my girlfriends face and the cops were there for a domestic disturbance. Let's just say you should never stay here. Unless you're a crazy person and want to get stolen for sexy trade.
We came for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it. Our room was very nice, with a king sized bed and big bathroom, and the pool was great. The garden (where the wedding was held) was pretty-- though not as big or extravagant as I was expecting. The food at the reception and at the one breakfast we ate there was very good. We didn't even look at the spa so I can't comment on that. We had a nice stay overall. The only real negative was the strong smell of garbage coming from the trash area in the back of the Inn, which we had to walk past every time we went into the parking lot. All three days of our stay the smell was present. Another thing that surprised us was how thin the walls are between the rooms (we were in room 19); we could hear the man next to us clearing his throat and bumping into the wall between us a couple of times. For an expensive hotel I wouldn't have expected that.
The hotel was overbooked the night we had confirmed reservations, and we and another couple got a call in the late afternoon asking if we'd consider staying somewhere else, which was not possible. Then at the front desk one of our party's room reservation was missing, and the desk clerk did a very poor, unfriendly job in trying to sort it out.
The room was very nice and the pol There should have been dinner
The rooms were really big and the beds are super comfortable-
The room was extremely spacious and very inviting. The breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner is a little noisy.
quiet clean room, good breakfast, excellent location Room and motel in general appeared clean, but recliner chair in room had holes in the armrests, looking not very appealing and way past it's life expectancy....couldn't sit on it.....was very worn out and worried it might not be clean.
Closeness to food Was good, no complaints.
reasonable pricing, night staff was pleasant small gym, pool was packed, day staff was not pleasant
The staff was super nice and accommodating! The hotel was clean, and spacious. It was centrally located. The hotel needs an update: new furnishings, including rugs, kitchen chairs, and minor maintenances.
Great amenities, full kitchen, very roomy accommodations. Some of the furniture was a bit worn

It was beautiful and I loved it...
the continental breakfast and the 12p check-out time
We were going to visit family in Orleans but didn't want to drive the whole distance in one day so we were able to book a room at the last minute. We were in the painted lady #10. Great jacuzzi and comfortable room. great breakfast too! would definitely stay here again. Location, bedding, breakfast
Although no smoking signs were everywhere and our room was non smoking, the whole place reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Yuck!!
The bed was good The tub was very bad slippery almost fell twice no mat the front desk was very slow and came to my room to get my adress
Really noisy bathroom fan - sounds like a diesel engine. It wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't have an motion sensor turning it on.
3-night stay. Great place to clean up/ sleep. Multiple food/drink choices within walking distance. Reasonable price. I wanted a place to put my stuff and sleep while completing my work during the day. This was fine. Staff very helpful.
Friendly and responsive staff. Dingy, outdated room and facility.
Absolutely nothing. I didn't even stay the night because it was so gross. The only good thing was that I got my money back The smell of a musty stale funeral parlor. The stains that covered the carpet. The awkward creepy abandoned look of the place. The cobweb filled holes in the wall. The water stains all over the ceiling. Seriously I COULD NOT believe they were charging $110 a night for this dump. I wouldn't have spent $40 to stay here. Never again. I can't believe it's even open for business
It was so bad looking and smelling that my children said that they would not stay there. There was a puff of smoke that came out of our room when we opened the door to the non smoking room. We did not end up staying there.
It was close to where we wanted to go. We were left alone. People were friendly. No pool. It was dingy, peeling paint run-down; I requested a fridge and microwave and never got them, so lost food for special diet to spoilage. Conditions were not as advertised. i am sure the sheets were used by previous guests and not freshly laundered. I had brought my own.
I didn't find any bedbugs, and the TV worked. I'm surprised the board of health allows this place to function. Portions of the ceiling had collapsed due to water damage. The smell of mildew was overpowering. Water pressure was non existent, although it did run hot. The towels had large grey stains on them. The staff were surly and rude, so I just put on my big girl panties, kept my mouth shut, and thought of it as an adventure. I suggest you DON'T choose this establishment under any circumstances.
Frnt desk person was kind but was overwhelmed. Building has, serious issues, plumbing as well as structure. Stairs are destroyed building needs serious repairs. No organization..
