Wonderful
Derek, Jan 2020 - Emery, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Great hotel. We loved being able to head to the lobby for Spyhouse coffee.
Cons (-) There was some loud knocking early one of the morning, wasn't sure if it was construction or another guest but did wake us up earlier than we had planned.

Pros (+) I like the coffee bar area, and the bar. They were both comfortable places to hang out at and visit family.
Cons (-) The mattress could be softer, more padding. Breakfast is an expensive upgrade. Parking is of course extra. Expensive during the workdays.

Anonymous, Jul 2019 - Elliot Park Hotel, Autograph Collection
Pros (+) Comfortable room. Tastefully modern. Quiet.
Cons (-) We were on the 8th floor which was supposed to be concierge level. We wanted ice which we had to request vs get ourselves. We tried twice to request ice and it was never brought up to the room.

Anonymous, Jun 2017 - Emery, Autograph Collection
Cons (-) I was surprised that wifi wasn't included, and then very surprised that one day of wifi costs 14 dollars. Free wifi seems common enough these days that the hotel ought to call out "no free wifi" a little more obviously in search results and listings on travel sites. It's frustrating to pay for a room and then feel nickel-and-dimed once you check in.

Pros (+) The location was great
Cons (-) The room was very small, we were told we would get a roll away that never came, so one of us had to sleep on the floor ! When we complained they said they couldn't discount the room as an apology due to the fact we booked through a booking service. Huge disappointment to an otherwise great trip to Minneapolis !

Cons (-) The valet parking employee was extremely sassy and rude towards us!
