Pros (+) The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was excellent. The staff in the M Lounge were outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I enjoyed my time there

Had them valet that sucker right on the spot, smiles and friendliness (easy and fast) "that what she said" , had a greeter summon an elevator and direct me to the 5th floor, jammed to some dope elevator tunes. Cons (-) Told restaurant was open until 12. Was only open until 11. Picked up someone from airport. Could have stopped somewhere on the way back. Shampoo wrecked hair. Strange noises at night. Shower very weak. Charged by them for the room but corrected it.
