Liked: desk staff - responsive to requests Not liked: - Card keys needed to be applied many times to unlock doors or allow elevator floors to be selected - AC barely cooled room -toilet running -Garbage and recycle not picked up over 5 days -used towels and wash cloths not picked up over 5 days

My room was in the shorter tower. Older carpet, furnishings and than in the other tower (prior stay). Rather dark. Carpet was not very clean.

Cons (-) The fridge in the room didn't have bottles of water. Breakfast should be free. There were no after bath gowns ether.

Pros (+) When I checked in at 3 pm, only one person was at the front desk. The line was 15 minutes long and the front desk person was slow and incompetent. She forgot to ask if I needed to park a car; therefore, she had to re-do the keys. I gave her my American Airlines frequent flier number and she said they didn't take it at the desk; I needed to do it online. When I said "Double Dip" she had no idea wha...
Cons (-) The place is very tired and poorly run. The hotel bar looks like something you would find in a town of 5,000 in North Dakota. This is MInneapolis for crying out loud. Do you not understand the concept of revenue production? Tear the place down and enter the year 2017.

Pros (+) The hotel was booked at a GREAT price, and was very clean and roomy! We will definitely be staying here during our next visit!
Cons (-) The ONLY suggestion I have is that when checking in, the person at the front desk should inform you of the security deposit that will be charged to your credit/ debit card at the time of check in. We were not informed at time of check in, and were instead given a loud knock on our room door (while we were taking naps after a long day of travel) saying that our payment was declined and that we woul...
