I liked that as a wedding venue most of my family were placed on the same floor so welcomed all be together. The staff were very hard working.

It seemed the hotel was overbooked or staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people as there were three weddings booked this weekend.

Lights did not work, comforter dirty

Convenient to I-80 and to the International Trade Center (which has lots of stores and restaurants). Nice room, small kitchenette, good water pressure, temperature control and and few TV channels.

Upon immediate arrival notice that the entry doors are not automatic, so get ready for some luggage juggling. The counter doesn't always look like it's staffed. "Breakfast" is really just a grab & go style of mediocre coffee and granola bars, packaged muffin or fruit. And they wrap that up on the dot at closing. (Thankfully a short drive away - in the ITC is Subway, McDonalds, Wendy's and Panera as other morning options.) Really you need to keep coffee out all day, it's cheap and it shows some class.

The swimming pool was rather cold. The breakfast not great. The receptionist told me the phone calls were free as long as I stay in 973 area code, but I was charged $20.

We got in around midnight and there were one or two wedding parties in the hotel lobby / bar area. While we had more than a few drunk people ahead of us (who remarkably waited until AFTER the reception to check in) the guy at the front desk did a good job moving them along even after the mother of the bridge couldn't find her license or remember her name because she was so drunk. We were checked in within a minute once it was our turn and from there it was smooth sailing.

During the check in process the managers looked to be just standing around. I'm not sure if they were keeping an eye on things to make sure people didn't get too rowdy but they could have helped move the check in line along. Also a few times we used them the elevators were wonky. The lights wouldn't stay on and the elevator took forever to show up and only then would it show up when people were exiting. Again, not sure if that was the result of rowdy hotel guests screwing around on the elevators or not but something management should have been aware of and working on instead of just standing around.

This is the second time I have been there. And will go back if I cruise out of New Jersey again.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and an above average breakfast served in a comfortable and pleasant dinning area. An outstanding hotel experience.

For my purpose the stay was excellent. I especially like that it was very quiet.

The included breakfast was poor-there were no eggs or breakfast meats and the coffee was not good.

When we got to our room, the closet door didn't open. We were immediately transferred to a different room. Here the toilet kept flushing all night. I registered our complaint and it was fixed during the day. When we came back to our room and I flushed the toilet, it kept running. Someone was called in and fixed the problem 4 hours later. The bathtub plug did not work and the sink totally lacked a drain plug. The surround around the tub was either worn or moldy. This place needs a lot of maintenance.

We were provided a room prepared for a handicapped guest but it worked out because it had extra safety precautions and I felt safe that my fiancé would be ok. I only felt guilty that I could not take advantage of the pool because I was trying to finish a project. However, he did!

It was noisy on friday night and you could hear the neighbors coughing throughout the night.

Everything was great. Great price and great value. I especially like the shared amenities with the adjoining Hilton.

The rooms were cozy and breakfast was great.

1. I requested two rooms for 1 adult and 7 minors. It was specified in the booking it was for 1 adult and 7 minors with their ages listed as 11-13. Yet they did not even attempt to give us two rooms near each other when they processed the booking on their end. We were on opposite ends of the wing. 2. The rooms weren't ready for us to check in at the 3pm check in time they state in their booking and website. Only one room was available. Since other rooms were still awaiting to be cleaned and I had to wait an hour to go up anyway. I convinced them to give me a room closer to the one that was ready, and I just went to the pool for the extra few hours until the 2nd room was ready. 3. Pool and hot tub were dirty, like the walls were brown in areas. There was an excessive amount of chlorine used in the water to kill the dirt instead of shock. I had to open patio doors to keep from passing out from the chlorine fumes.

This is our 4th visit. The staff is very accommodating. Housekeeping is excellent.

Seems that this hotel has had its best time. Cold rooms, lose tiles. Free wireless network does not work in the rooms. There are better options.

We had a king size bed with jacuzzi and the room was more like a suite. It was great. Very close to the Flanders Golf Club.

I was surprised that there was a full kitchenette in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Room very spacious. The staff was verry friendly & helpful. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN

There wasn't an oven. I Went & bought frozen pizza thinking there was an oven & there wasn't. Small complaint but not major.

The bed was comfortable.

1. We could not park in the front of the hotel, otherwise we would get towed; 2. we were in another building; 3. the room smelled upon entry but the smell went away after some spray; 4. The stay, while convenient, was not worth the $100.

When I order a superior king don't change it to double bed room and tell me that's what I ordered

I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I planned a last minute staycation with my daughter. The weather was menacing so I looked for a place in the area with a nice indoor pool. What they don't tell you in any of the descriptions on the Sheraton Paraippany is that the pool is part of the Atlantis Health Club and, evidently, anyone can go for the day (I imagine there's a small fee). We were swimming in the already cramped single lane of the indoor pool. I was already dismayed that, even though there were many little ones swimming with their parents, they still excluded us from the other two roped off lanes--one was reserved for lap swimming, and the other for kiddy swimming lessons (with MANY kiddies, one of them screaming at the top of his lungs for the entirely of his lesson). I noticed pieces of food, cereal and other garbage, laying around the pool, while the life guard sat there, allowing kids to balance themselves on the divider ropes, despite someone trying to swim laps right next to them. What sent me (and my ten year old) over the edge was when an entire group of young children arrived from outside the hotel. A day camp I think. There were now an additional 15 or so kids, plus 3 or 4 adult supervisors. For the first half hour they were there, the outdoor pool was still closed due to bad weather--why they did not open up another of lane to accommodate this group is beyond me. They expected 30+ people to swim comfortably in one lane of a NOT Olympic sized pool?! It was ridiculous so we left and went back to our not very clean room (pubic hair in the bathtub, stains on the carpet and on the bed-skirt) and ordered over priced hamburgers that were hard as hockey pucks and ridiculously over-priced. It was just an all-around very disappointing experience. I will not be returning there.

Hotel was located close to our family for a 5 day visit. With one exception, room was clean and well maintained. Morning breakfast food variety was very good.

Toilet (lid/seat) was stained with hair dye and could not be cleaned. Should have been replaced.

One bed was sinking in the middle and the nobs were coming off the chest. Also the coffee maker stopped working and called the front desk twice. They said engineering would come but never came. After 2 hours and multiple times unplugging,replugging and resetting,it finally started but was leaking from the second side.

The breakfast is very good and the lobby is beautiful

The pool is dirty. There was hair in my room coffee maker. No linens for the pull out bed. Soap scum throughout the bathroom.

Wonderful studio suite with a kitchenette. Upscale carpeting, wall coverings and furniture. Easy access to all major roadways from a pleasant neighborhood.

Queen bed instead of King.

Everything! Great location, free breakfast with real eggs, very nice room with a kitchenette. All for $106 for a family of four!

At a minimum, I expect a hotel to wash the sheets in between visitors, and maybe run a vacuum once a year. This hotel did not do that. The staff did give us sheets out of the laundry room when we asked, but they were not very helpful considering our very minimal request.

I am a new mother and was severely disappointed that after a long day of travel and late arrival, the refrigerator in my room was broken and resolved not by changing my room to one where it was operational so I could store breast milk- instead I was brought a warm one from storage.

Hotel had no record of booking.com booking. Checking took half an hour. In the end they honored the reservation but I need assurance this won't happen again if I use booking.com

Staff was pleasant upon check in and the room was what we expected. The price was just right for us and we had a great trip.

I booked my stay thru my mobile app and realized I had the wrong city .. I picked Morristown and I needed Moorestown .. I called no later than a second and explained my error only to be told I had a non refundable reservation . I asked if I could at least get a discounted rate or lateral transfer to the correct city. They refused.. I ended up getting screwed..

Room was clean enough, bathroom worked, all the basics were there. I ran the fan all night and thus the room was quiet enough to sleep in.

Its main business seems to be weddings and other big parties, so bar and restaurant VERY crowded and not available to guests who want to have a quiet drink. Door to hotel does not have automatic open button -- crucial not only to those with mobility issues, but anyone with a lot of luggage. How is that even legal in 2016? Breakfast included but there's not enough seating, so it gets loud and crowded. They use styrofoam cups for coffee. Again, I must remind the hotel, it's 2016. The decor is **very** outdated. Forest green carpet in the room, vertical strip wallpaper -- from the 80s or 90s. Was fooled by high reviews into thinking this was a nice place to stay when it in fact it is just adequate.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, near the train to head to Manhattan and near universities.

We were on the back side and our window looked down upon the trash.

Clean room with breakfast included

AC was broken in room, took them 1.5 hours to get us room with working AC. Staff seemed overwhelmed with tasks and wasn't very helpful or responsive to problems. Obviously old hotel with a few cosmetic updates, but still dumpy.

Everything. The place was a dump. It smelled bad, the facilities are decaying and poorly maintained, the food was terrible. An all around horrific experience. The place needs to be completely re-furbished and renovated.
