Pros:Staff we friendly enough at the National center and easy to reach by phone.Cons:The hours of pick-up did not match what I needed and the KayakRental car site did NOT give me that information. Luckily, I called ahead and would have had to pay an extra day just to get a pick-up BEFORE 8 a.m. I know that the flight schedule in Roanoke, VA is not large, but not to be able to pick up a car before 8 when that is the only outlet for National is a bit unlucky.Reviewed Aug 9 2020
