Cons: There was nothing I did not like.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Breakfast at 5am. Good, firm bed.
Cons: Not enough parking if you arrived late in the evening, a real concern for moving luggage and a safety issue if traveling as a single person. I understand about ADA codes but to see 3-4 unused handicapped spaces makes me feel unappreciated as paying guest just because I can walk. Also, towels were not replaced each day(used ones taken but no new clean ones).
7.5 Good

Pros: Great breakfast. Lots of choices and always well stocked. Plenty of seating.
Cons: The bed was a little hard for my comfort. Those sliding doors on the bathroom are not functional. They don't seal shut all the way and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. They look nice but are not practical.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room size was large and comfortable.
Cons: Location is little bit far from ISU.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Excellent customer service. Staff called shortly after check in to ask if everything in the room was ok. Very personable.
6.8 Good
Pros: The art pieces in the halls are beautiful.
Cons: Not especially dog friendly despite allowing dogs. Told by one staff member that pets were not to be left in the room alone ever so I brought my 16 lb fur baby with me to take my 10 year old son swimming (the reason I rented from a hotel with a pool). I was promptly told she was not allowed. It was confusing and unwelcoming. Breakfast was good on Saturday when the hotel was at full capacity. Sunday was not nearly the same spread. I won't stay here again given the high price.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The pool temp was perfect. The staff was very helpful. Room and hotel was very clean and well organized. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon were delicious!
Cons: There were only 4 pillows on the kind size bed, while not a deal breaker would have been nice to have a couple more. Our bathroom door slid open and closed and was a bit hard to get started. I was worried my youngest son was going to get his fingers pinched. The temperature in the hallways was too warm for my comfort.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was good size, and actually was a king sized bed.
Cons: Could upgrade your toilet paper.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed is very comfortable and the location is very good for me (<.75 miles to my destination).
Cons: I cant think of anything negative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pillows and beds are great. Clean and up to date on the decor. Great variety at breakfast, loved the smoothies!
Cons: I though when I looked at their amenities they had a hot tub, and they didn't.
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy to find and good parking. Staff very nice and helpful. Facilities clean and it looked like it had been recently remodeled. Breakfast was good. Offered different items each day-good variety. Fresh fruits and oatmeal bar was very good. Also, it was a very quiet hotel. There were many hockey players there and we never heard a peep out of them
Cons: King bed seemed small, so my husband pulled out the sofa bed. He could barely navigate around the room to use the bathroom. Hallways and room hot. Hard to get the room temp below 74 the first night. The worst of all was that the smoke alarm flashed all night long. Maintenance checked it out and it still flashed all the second night too. Not much sleep for 2-nights means I doubt I'll stay there again,.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Rooms were large, very clean and comfortable and close to Iowa State University for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Thé beds were great and the staff excellent.

Pros: The staff was pleasant and accommodating. This is a good location. The breakfasts were very good.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was weak.

Pros: This place was great. It exceeded my expectation at this price point and one would be foolish to stay at another facility. The stay was just overnight and I didn’t even get to try the pool or workout room.
Cons: I have had better continental breakfasts but I’m a Starbucks and sweet roll guy anyway..

Pros: Very clean and conveniently located close to the interstate.
Cons: No
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location convenient room clean
Cons: Staff totally not accommodating early arrival. When on way out for night I asked to at least have the key, was told no that would confuse housekeeping too much. I appreciate some attention to detail and routines but you’re a friggen holiday inn express don’t act like you’re doing us a favor for paying $200 for a room that we couldn’t get into until midnight
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clerk at check in was very helpful.
Cons: The staff wasn't able to keep up with breakfast. Ran out of plates and then egg's etc..

7.0 Good
Pros: easy to get to right off the interstate
Cons: The TV would shut off while watching it or not even come on. This happened more than once a day. Onsite staff came each time to reset or try various things. Tried to get room rate discount for the inconvenience; they said to contact who we booked wit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel
Cons: nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable and many pillows
Cons: Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Not one smile. Not one friendly greeting. Didn’t even give you the normal “how was your stay?” Or “thanks for staying with us”. You know the standard pleasantries that you would expect. When I checked out the same gal that checked me in simply slid the bill to me and didn’t even make eye contact and said not one word. It was real odd. You need to train front desk people to be cordial. The hotel was spotless. Didn’t have hot tub. The real downer was the cold personnel.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: The only real disappointment was the lack of a hot tub

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Barbara was very friendly and accomodating. Food was great and the place is beautiful.
Cons: Didn't realize the bathroom we would be using was pretty much connected to the kitchen. Somewhat awkward. Also, we would have liked to have been able to lock the door between our room AND the kitchen, rather than just a swinging door. This felt really odd and something that could be easily remedied. We understand the need to remove our shoes had the weather been rainy, muddy, or snowy, but requiring this seemed a bit excessive given the beautiful weather we had but we had a wonderful time regardless of these issues. The amenities made up for it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt very welcome in beautiful house.
Cons: Mini house tour would have been nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Larry and Babara are very glad to help guests here. The breakfast is excellent. I strongly recommend you come here to stay at Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast.

Pros: Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast area was very pleasant.
Cons: 1.Site advertises Bar and appearance of restaurant. Cleaning staff about ran me over and said nothing. Would not stay again .

4.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: The room looked and felt like I was living in a shipping container. The room was damn ugly. There was an echo whenever you talked, again see the shipping container analogy. Could hear everything in the other room. 12.95 breakfast, no thanks.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The sewer gas smell in the bathroom at nights is bad.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice lobby area
Cons: Bed is uncomfortable, feels like I was sleeping on the floor all night. Did not like layout of the room or that they did not have proper lighting, unless you wanted to read a book with a small flexible light. Window dressing was awful...I felt like anyone could see you from outside and if you wanted to sleep in or are a light sleeper the sun is so bright in the morning, provides zero filter.

Cons: The biscuits at breakfast could have been softer or warmed up.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff were all very friendly. We stayed from Friday until Sunday morning for the Iowa Games soccer tournaments. They allowed us to check in early and were very friendly and respectful.
Cons: The bathroom had a dead bug floating in the toilet. The bottom of the shower curtain was was discolored and appeared to have mold spots. The floor was dirty with clumps of dirt and dead grass in the corner. The bed area had filthy floors. It had wood laminate flooring that had something sticky spilled in three different areas, a used Band-Aid in front of the bed, and hair and dirt in the corners and along the edges of the wall. The room was extremely humid and hot. We had the AC set as low as it would go and it still said it was 80 degrees in the room. The second room we had was a little cleaner but same excruciating heat and humidity. The bathroom shower didnt have a normal turn on so we had to jimmy it so the shower would turn on. The pool had so much chlorine it burned our daughter's eyes and caused them to swell and turn red and puffy. This was from being in the water and pool area less than 15min. Ice machines and laundry facilities were not available. When we asked about what could be done with heat issue, they offered us ice from the refrigerator in the dining area. We will not return to this establishment and will not recommend to anyone.

When we had issues with the second room(someone bent the frame Olof the window so it wouldn’t seal.) the attendant joined us and personally showed us two more rooms. The last room was perfect.
Cons: The first room we stayed in had a damaged door, broken light and a remote that only changed the channel on one of the TVs had to use the other remote for looking at guide and volume.
