Pros: close to NYC except with traffic could be 1 hr
Staff very nice at the check inn an out.
Hotel very quiet, not noise b good sleeping environment.
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel, it is very reasonable price wise, staff is very pleasant I word reccomend this hotel to any and every one
Pros: Nothing. I reserved 2 weeks in advance and they lost my reservation. Room was not ready, and we were given a supposedly clean, last available room that was not the correct layout (2 queens instead of 1 double king). When getting into the room, there was a foul smell and I inspected the room upon entry, at which point we found some small flying bugs and a roach. We immediately sought a refund from the facility and went somewhere else
Pros: easily accessible to highways
Good, free breakfast
Clean room AND bathroom
Pros: Really good sty at Comfort Suites. The front desk ladies and the shuttle driver were really helpful, courteous and really nice.
A few things that I want to mention:
1- I requested a corner room, of which I got. But, there was something wrong with the ceiling paneling in the bathroom and the actual panels in the ceiling flapped up and down during the my stay. It was a little annoying but bearable.
2- There was a long hair on the bedding under he shirts when I pulled back the covers. I wasn't grossed out but still, not a good look overall.
3- A huge plus was there was a balcony sliding door that opened and I was able to get a view of the city and fresh air. I really enjoyed that.
4- The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby,
Pros: Hotel didn't have our reservation. They were sold out
