Pros: Room was clean enough, bathroom worked, all the basics were there. I ran the fan all night and thus the room was quiet enough to sleep in.
Cons: Its main business seems to be weddings and other big parties, so bar and restaurant VERY crowded and not available to guests who want to have a quiet drink.
Door to hotel does not have automatic open button -- crucial not only to those with mobility issues, but anyone with a lot of luggage. How is that even legal in 2016?
Breakfast included but there's not enough seating, so it gets loud and crowded. They use styrofoam cups for coffee. Again, I must remind the hotel, it's 2016.
The decor is **very** outdated. Forest green carpet in the room, vertical strip wallpaper -- from the 80s or 90s.
Was fooled by high reviews into thinking this was a nice place to stay when it in fact it is just adequate.
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located for us, near the train to head to Manhattan and near universities.
Cons: We were on the back side and our window looked down upon the trash.
Cons: Front desk not accommodating
Pros: Front desk was very friendly at check in. We attended a wedding here and staff were less friendly after the event (less we had been drinking but not belligerent).
Cons: Walls are thin. We were woken up at 9am by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors. There appeared to be water damage in the ceiling and bathroom needed some maintenance.
Pros: It is a great location, just a block away from the train station. Went here to get away from distractions and focus on work. Got a nice size room, all the amenities that I need and with room service, I never had to leave my room for anything. Perfect place to get quiet and work done.
Cons: Not that it bothered me but the decor is a little outdated. But a desk still worked as a desk and furniture didn't break on me. If I was going to the hotel for an actual leisure trip, the tv might need to be upgraded.
Pros: I really appreciated the attentive service. Front-desk staff were incredibly nice.
Pros: Very impressed, felt luxurious not outdated! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, loved it!
Pros: The rooms are comfortable and clearn and there is a really bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. It's in a subburb and has a completely different feel than the "big box" hotels. Love the nice breakfast spread they put ou the morning which is included in the room price. There's also a very nice pool and courtyard.
Pros: We like the room, continental breakfast & convenience of train to the city. Train is a plus. Sr.'s can buy a SENIOR train ticket at the TRAIN STATION, otherwise buy train ticket at hotel & walk approx. 1/2 block to train. VERY nice older hotel.
Cons: It is an older hotel but everything is very nice. We like the continental breakfast. Parking. Train to the city is great, can walk 1/2 block & get on the train to the city. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times.

Pros: The staff was great, the room was clean and a lot bigger than I expect.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.
Pros: Beautiful cozy room very clean. Always feel relaxed and the staff is great. Definitely go there again in the future
Pros: I was surprised that there was a full kitchenette in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Room very spacious. The staff was verry friendly & helpful. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN
Cons: There wasn't an oven. I Went & bought frozen pizza thinking there was an oven & there wasn't. Small complaint but not major.
Pros: Rooms were very clean and staff always available and helpful
Cons: Two false fire alarms were annoying and queen beds are too small for two people

Pros: We arrived early (1230 pm) and we were allowed check in early. Breakfast was adequate and a good assortment. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and replacing towels when needed.
Cons: Pool access door was broken trapping my kids and I inside the pool area with a temperature of 100 degrees. The only other exit was locked from the outside. After about 10 minutes, we were let out by front desk personnel. Later we found a towel wedged in the door to keep it from locking. The hot tub did not work correctly as all but one of the jets did not work. On one occasion, when we desired to sleep in, the housekeeping staff was so loud outside our door it was impossible to do so. Noise from the highway was expected.

Pros: The staff is what makes this place great. Everyone is helpful from maintenance and housekeeping to the front desk and kitchen
Pros: The suite was excellent, nice king and a sofa bed, clean! clean! clean!, free breakfast, nice parking facilities, all interior looks updated, close to GSP and downtown Cranford.
Cons: The HVAC unit in 230 was horribly loud and woke us up each time it turned on which made for a poor night's rest.
Pros: Close to great restaurants and shopping as well as close to the city
Cons: Breakfast was less than desirable.

Pros: Quaint, nice alternative to big hotels, it's like a B&B
Pros: A fantastic place to spend a low-energy weekend
Be sure you ask them about their policy of upgrading the room. 'we reserve the right to upgrade your room...' It seems to mean that you won't get the room you thought you were getting. Which is fine if they don't charge you the amount of the higher priced room, but in our case they seemed to up charge until we complained. Maybe it was an accident, but I really don't know what they're trying to say with that policy statement.
Pros: Beautiful place and great location.
Cons: Staff was not very warm.
Located near a train station, The Summit DeBary Inn is a great choice for a stay in Summit. The sauna makes for a relaxing end to the day, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, bathrobes, and free wired Internet.
Pros: Small boutique hotel across from the galloping hill golf course where we attended a wedding. The hotel charged me 2x twice for two of the rooms booked. Horrible experience with unprofessional staff.
Pros: Very clean. Very nice modern rooms. Great value for the money. My only negative was that it was a very narrow path between bed and desk but it wasn't a big deal.
Pros: I loved this hotel. Very clean, nice staff at front desk, perfect location and I loved the decor.
Cons: The only problem I had while staying here was every morning housekeeping woke me up with their very loud conversations in the hallways. There was even some shouting.
Pros: Great staff: when I was stranded after a bus mishap they went the extra mile to get a shuttle to me.
Very accessible from Newark airport.
Cons: Remodel has front lobby and breakfast area torn up, giving even more of an industrial feel than the hotel already had.
Pros: Our double queen room was updated , clean , and very comfortable for us . Staff was friendly and supportive when the printer wasn't able to print my boarding pass . Location was ideal !
Cons: Lobby tables were rickety.
Pros: Very nice room! They did a very good job on the remodeling of this hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.
Cons: Would like to see a better breakfast selection. No protein. Everything was carbs and sugar. Did a very nice job of setting it up though. Also, outside in the parking lot, someone had just dumped their trash in the parking lot. Not the hotel's fault, but it is a shame that this kind of element would be staying here.

Pros: I was only there one night but I was very comfortable. When I needed questions answered the staff was cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast was great too.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Close to NJ Transit and PATH into NYC. Great diner nearby. Great breakfast in the lobby.
Cons: Only flaw was that it is on a flight path for planes taking off and leaving, so occasionally you hear a plane, but just once in a while. And not overly loud
Pros: We chose Hampton Riverwalk for its location, and it truly worked out exactly, and really, even better, than we expected! LOVED having the shuttle service from the airport, then each day to and from the Penn Station! Your drivers were Great, and made our nervousness about maneuvering through the Rapid Transit in New Jersey/New York, a good experience. Thank you!
Cons: Hotel was full when we arrived, so instead of double Queen beds they gave us King bed. When I asked for rollaway bed, they had none as well, so I had to sleep on a chair.
In the morning I spoke to manager who told me to open a HHonors account so that he can give me some points. I tried to contact him multiple times, but no response.
Nice way to treat your long time customers! Will go elsewhere next time.

Cons: Room Service was OK and Food was too expensive, especially the breakfast
Pros: The property is modern, sleek, beautiful. Anda well kept facility.
Cons: Breakfast is not available on the weekend, only through a limited room service menu.
Pros: Clean. Nice looking.
Cons: No free coffe in lounge. No free breakfast on weekends. Not enough parking. Pool closed at night.
Pros: Pleasant and clean
Cons: No bathroom exhaust
Pros: My girlfriend and I spent the night there for a nice getaway from home after we had went to my brother's soccer game at Seton Hall. Everyone and everything was great. The room was perfect, we had requested extra towels before we checked in and the accommodation was made. When we got there, I called the home bar to request a bottle of wine and the bar staff was able to help recommended a good wine for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here for any occasion, especially for the price, very good value. We will absolutely keep this hotel in mind for weekend excursions in the future.
Cons: There was nothing not to like, everything was great.
Pros: Location & price.
Cons: Thin walls.
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff.
Situated in the business district, this hotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of Livingston Mall, The Funplex, and Hanover Lanes. Anchor Golf Center and Florham Park Roller Rink are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: The staff were all very nice, and extremely helpful. In addition, the beds were very nice and firm.
Cons: The breakfast was really revolting. In addition, the AC doesn't work in a lot of the rooms. I had to switch rooms, and got a box fan for my room.
Pros: Friendly staff and super clean environment.
Pros: Curtesy van was great. Picked me up at linden airport and shuttled me to the linden train station several times in 2 day. Always on time. Rooms were clean and complementary breakfast was good. I will stay here again.
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is close to airport, food and shopping.
Cons: The front desk lied and said late check out was not available because all the rooms were booked for the next day. There were rooms available to book via Kayak as well as the Hampton Inn website. My flight was not until 3:45. I had to sit at the airport for hours.
Pros: Excellent staff, comfortable beds, and a clean facility
Cons: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! I should have checked this one out on the maps before booking, it is next to what has to be one of the busiest intersections in NJ, heavy traffic kept me up Little to no sleep at all. The airport is the least of your worries when there is a drag strip of an intersection out front.
Pros: Staff was top notch, very helpful and courteous, very comfortable quiet air conditioned rooms.
Cons: Ice machine on top floor was broke down. No one had a note saying it was out of service.
op blanket was lumpy from stuffing separating from cloth, kind of annoying.

Pros: The moment I walked into the hotel the front desk greeted me so welcomely! not only that, but as I was walking up to my room all the way till my check out date the workers were beyond friendly and always had a smile on their faces.
Cons: I loved everything about this hotel, my only concern was that there was a little bit of crud on the bottom of the shower which ended up floating to the drain once I turned it on.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room which was much nicer than what I usually find in this price range, and a good cup of coffee at the bistro in the morning.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: There was no dislikes

Pros: The gentle man at the front desk was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person i've ever had the pleasure of working with. I stay at many hotels, and none the less I know that any Marriot hotel i've stayed at is built to work at its finest, but this gentleman went above and beyond to assist me and make sure we were comfortable. He helped me not only get a clean room quickly where I could put away my things and freshen up (since I had arrived much earlier than check in and had an event I needed to get to) but and when incurring a problem (When I thought I lost my ID and Debit Card) was helpful in helping me find it. It a shame on my part that with my terrible memory, I cannot remember his name. He was a caucasian male, in his late 20s promoting some football event, I believe, with a green shirt. My sister, A friend and I were attending a concert later that evening so we only booked the hotel for a one night stay in NJ, but with personnel like him and the cleanliness and professionalism of both the lobby as well as our hotel room itself, I felt like I should've stayed longer had I not already booked the rest of trip at the Ritz in Manhattan. Very satisfied. Definitely will be coming back again.
Pros: Surprisingly being next to a hockey stadium on a game night it was very quiet. We specifically asked for the quietest side of the hotel not facing the Broad Road. That might has to do with the quietness, and the floor was not so busy. The room was generally clean except the shower floor I can see black dirt residue. The front desk was curteous.
Cons: We didn't like that there was no parking or rather we needed to pay an additional $21! Tax was quite high already on top of the rate. I wish the parking could have been covered or a bit less than 21.
Cons: The hotel is very hard to get to. There is no space to pull up to check in. The parking garage is extremely expensive, and when I arrived the staff had such thick accents I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
Pros: the bathroom was perfect, the bed and the comforter were very comfortable, and the tv was a great size and quality
Cons: the food downstairs was way too expensive and there wasnt any kind of complimentary breakfast.
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Joe's crab shack is right next door as well.
Cons: The area is not very good. Went for a walk in the afternoon and felt very uncomfortable. Had to pay for parking as well.

Cons: No included breakfast, workout room was small. Deadbolt on my room door was weird, possibly broken.
Pros: Whirlpool in room
TV with HDMI (good for Chromecast)
Cons: Door lock was broken on first room and had to be moved
Whirlpool was broken in second room and had to be fixed
They missed my wakeup call
Cons: We were disappointed that the pool was closed.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, modern rooms, friendly staff.
Cons: Wish the breakfast had been included!
Pros: Staff and low cost of peripheral expenses like the shop and breakfast. I chose it because I wanted something quiet and clean. It was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: I didnt like the fact I was charged a deposit when I booked the room online it said no deposit needed but other than that love it

Cons: Parking and additional charges for incidentals after paying $----. for the room
Pros: I didn't get to enjoy the hotel as I checked in late and checked out early the next morning. From what I saw, the hotel look wonderful. I would like to come back to really experience the all of the amenities.
Cons: Not for the time I spent there. Oh wait, the water leaked out of the shower stall when we showered.
Cons: Yes my fridge broke, and all our food got ruined. Since we only Eat kosher we had food for three days. And the hotel wouldn't compensate us
Pros: The strongest asset of this hotel is the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pool, the tennis court and the hot tub. The location is great in terms of being close to Short Hills Mall
Cons: While the common areas of the hotel are very nice, the rooms definitely could use a bit of a redo to bring them out of the late 1980s. Hotel access is also a bit difficult from the highway.
Pros: The staff was attentive and provided optimal customer service. The shuttle service was really convenient.. We enjoyed the room service but wish there were more options. Overall we enjoyed the time spent at the hotel....................................
Cons: I have only two very small grievances which was the shuttle service was not available on two different occasions, its a great service! Lastly would be the very limited food options for the entire hotel stay. --------------------------------------------
Pros: The indoor pool n fitness center n the bed was comfortable
Cons: Absolutely nothing everything was good
Cons: No coffee shop
Pros: Friendly staff. Accessible to New York City by car. There is a spa attached. Free parking. Free Internet. Nice selection of late night snacks.
Pros: I liked the vertical pole that was located in the shower. It came in handy when my girlfriend needed something to hold on to when we were having fun. The bed was very comfortabke in comparison to other hotels we have been to such as Hyatt and Holiday Inn
Cons: Wouldve been nice if they had complimentary breakfast but no big deal
The staff was not helpful. Not only did I not get the room I booked but they didn't even comp me or offer anything extra after my booking was not what I bought.
Cons: The staff was not helpful and I bought the room and booked a king bed but was given a double bed room. Not happy.
Pros: I liked that the suite was spacious and separated from the bedroom by doors.
Pros: Great service from the front desk, housekeeping and drivers

Pros: I liked the fact the hotel was close to a Mall and provided a shuttle and had a swimming pool with breakfast included.
Cons: The shuttle was terrible - supposed to run every 15 minutes but what they don't tell you is that one of the shuttles is reserved for airline employees of United and American and essentially, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes that is not supposed to stop at the terminals but it does it anyway. One of the drivers was supposed to pick me up from the nearby Mall and decided not to because he was running late, so I ended up running late for my flight and had to change it. Be very careful with these shuttles - they are quite unreliable.

Pros: We stayed at the Hyatt due to a football game across the river. We had booked the rooms based on the location and were not disappointed. We were able to walk to the downtown area (only a block away) and grab a late lunch before heading to the tailgate and watching the game. The hotel is a little bit tired, but the staff, the cleanliness and the location were outstanding.

Pros: This hotel had modern, large, bright rooms and a comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel was great, however, there was incredibly slow service in the restaurant. That being said, when they did arrive, the wait staff was courteous, efficient, and pleasant. Additionally, the food was very good.

Pros: We enjoyed the pool, gym and outdoor sitting area
Cons: Limited complimentary water and no free coffee in the lobby.
Pros: It was very clean, bathroom was really nice.
Cons: Room was extremely small.
Pros: When we arrived at the front desk at 11pm our reservation was not on file. The staff had to scramble to give is a single room. To the staff credit they discounted our stay and comped breakfast.
Cons: See above.
Pros: Confusing charges. Unable to provide receipt for cc charge. Promised to email but no response, yet.
Fun sports bar.
Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable bed, staff were pleasant, the shuttle to the train was a nice touch!
Cons: Hotel wifi was out the first night. Hot water was out the second day I was there. Vanderbilts, the hotel restaurant was ok, food was ok, bar staff were terrific, but there isn't really a system for being seated or getting service.
Pros: Hotel is nice on the outside. Good location. Pool and gym are ok but not great
Cons: Rooms are old and beat up. Beds were not so comfortable. Toilet broke. Ac was leaking water and was so loud. Bad customer service. Promised a crib but never got one. Promised a mini fridge but didn't get one until next day which caused my food to go bad. Will not return to this hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
Pros: Clean bed sheets
Cons: No hot water for showers
Just warm water
Looks old inside rooms
Pros: Would have appreciated a breakfast buffet that was included in cost of room. Otherwise, great hotel.
A great choice for a stay in Florham Park, Wyndham Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center is just 2.6 mi (4.2 km) from the airport. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or enjoy American cuisine at Arrive, one of 2 restaurants. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly, and the coffee good. Also, while the food menu was limited, it was all made with fresh ingredients & excellently prepared by (again) friendly & attentive staff.
Cons: There is no real room service at this motel (though there is food delivered by local restaurants for a high fee). Also, we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission during our visit.
Pros: The room was comfortable, clean, and provided us with a great night's sleep.
Cons: The staff in the morning when I checked out were short, and not very friendly. I wasn't asked how my stay was, was not provided a bill, and when I let her know that the hair dryer was not working in our room she just said "Ok, I'll make a note".

Pros: The room was HUGE, even with two beds in it. The usable desk/workspace pretty much ran the full length of the window wall, allowing me to spread out some presentations I was working on among the conference materials I had collected. Spacious bathroom...that then goes to the negative category. They do have a white noise machine in the room, which came in handy. I was able to check in an hour early, so that was nice after 14 hours of travel. Validated parking for the underground garage was a plus, too.
Cons: There was a lot of disappointment. I was on the 11th floor, right near the elevator. While I didn't really hear too many people in the hallway (mostly cleaning staff), the late night ruckus from the street could be heard well into 3 or 4 AM (where the white noise machine comes in handy). Every emergency vehicle going by could be heard loud and clear. To put it mildly, the windows are not sound proof by any means.
The bathroom is beyond dated. Old tub, clunky showerhead that sprays everywhere except on you, and shower curtains that leave a gap on one side or the other because they are not wide enough. LOUD flush on the toilet lets everyone on your floor know you just took a poo.
My first night I realized that I was missing a mini-fridge, which the front desk though was odd (I think they thought I was lying). They put in a request, but I never saw anyone, so I had to make another request the next afternoon while I was attending a conference. It was there when I came back that evening.
The lighting is a miss-match of fluorescent, LED, and halogen bulbs. Some dim properly, others are all or nothing, making it difficult to find a happy medium once the sun goes down.
For the price, I might have expected a little more, especially with a Hyatt Regency name on the door in downtown Morristown. I think that a Hyatt House would have been cleaner and more elegant of a stay, which is sad.
I would stay here again, but only if my conference is there.
Pros: Staff, parking validation
Cons: Room key was glitchy- didn't always work on first try

Good, free breakfast
Clean room AND bathroom
Cons: Thought we could have a view of the water, instead we saw the bldgs
Pros: Really good sty at Comfort Suites. The front desk ladies and the shuttle driver were really helpful, courteous and really nice.
A few things that I want to mention:
1- I requested a corner room, of which I got. But, there was something wrong with the ceiling paneling in the bathroom and the actual panels in the ceiling flapped up and down during the my stay. It was a little annoying but bearable.
2- There was a long hair on the bedding under he shirts when I pulled back the covers. I wasn't grossed out but still, not a good look overall.
3- A huge plus was there was a balcony sliding door that opened and I was able to get a view of the city and fresh air. I really enjoyed that.
4- The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby,
Cons: In a room next to a party group that had loud music and talks until 5am. Called reception, they would send "security" to tell them to stop but nothing happened
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel, it is very reasonable price wise, staff is very pleasant I word reccomend this hotel to any and every one
Cons: There's nothing I disliked about this location, The only thing I did dislike was I didn't see public transportation that could take me to Newark Penn Station wanted to go to NYC via the Path train
Staff very nice at the check inn an out.
Hotel very quiet, not noise b good sleeping environment.
Pros: close to NYC except with traffic could be 1 hr
Cons: no working ice machines. no gym or pool.
Pros: Hotel didn't have our reservation. They were sold out
