Overall good experience. The car had obviously not been cleaned (crumbs in seat and exterior dirty), but it wasn't terrible. It just needs to at least be wiped down.

No one was available when I arrived and even though I checked in online and indicated a pickup time the car was not ready. Because the charging station at my hotel was not in service I asked to get an non electric vehicle instead. Instead of paying less I was actually charged more. No one was there when I returned my vehicle so i had to just leave the keys. Even though I dropped it off 5 hours earlier I was still charged extra. Extremely disappointed!!!

The real issue was with Kayak, not Budget. Kayak sent an email confirming the pickup address at OKC airport, while Budget’s system had a different location listed. Budget then asked me to call Kayak to clarify, but reaching a representative was nearly impossible. It was much easier to simply walk to the next counter and rent a car directly from Enterprise — great price and excellent service. I recommend avoiding third-party bookings through Kayak. They are unreliable, and if something goes wrong, the rental company will just refer you back to the third party.

Car had 3/4 tank of gas when issued. I got that resolved shortly after leaving. Later discovered that the windshield wiper fluid was empty. The interior was somewhat clean, but some vacuuming missed, some dust not wiped away. Otherwise, all was well

I could not rent a car because they did not accept my Brazilian driver's license. I went there at the Thrift and was badly treated by the attendant, and have no car. It is amazing that I received this without even renting the vehicle.
