No car was available. I paid for a taxi to and from and had no car. Very disappointing experience. Will not use Kayak next time.3.6 Poor

No shuttle service from the airport, told us to go to Costs Linda resort to pick up van but the agency wasn’t there so had to take another cab to LaCabana. Agency at LaCabana had to find us a van as they didn’t have the reservation. Not happy with this rental8.8 Very good

We have been renting from another car company for years. Enterprise was so convenient - right at that airport (no shuttle), the car looked new and was very well maintained AND it was the lowest we ever paid. We will use them again and tell our group!Cons:

When we arrived our reservation was cancelled so Ace never sent the shuttle to the airport. We waited in the rain for 90 minutes. Then we were not told to activate a button on the key fob to deactivate a theft protection and start the car. We spent $30 on tips to strangers trying to start our car.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
When we got there, we were told they had no cars left. Not even in a different size. They told us they would bring us to Thrifty, who would match the price. Get to Thrifty and they want to give us a smaller car for $20 more (I'm a big guy, and can't fit into those little lunchboxes they call cars). They refused to come down to the promised price, and then told us it would be an $800 security deposit for damages. They wanted to charge my card $1000. Someone else was having the same problem and they couldn't get a car because they didn't have enough credit available for that. They also only take Visa or Mastercard, no AMEX. Went to look at the car and it was small and old, so we ended up never getting a car. Would NEVER try to rent a car at Dollar or Thrifty again.2.0 Poor

We made a reservation for a van amd when we got there there was NO van, there was also NO other vehicle that wohld fit 6 people available- we were given 0 options!!! We hace to take a small car and come back the next EVENING to get a van, disrupting all of our plans! Not to mention how RUDE the employees were, Michael was by far the rudest person!!! I hd to call Dollar US cuatomer service juat to complain because there was not even a manager in store!!10.0 Wonderful
