Not good at all. When I arrive there, they said I canceled my car in January when I had just booked it two weeks before so then they found me another car and of course the price went up. And then there was all these other added fees. Then when I returned the car, I got three bills, and one bill was added $300 more than the other. Still trying to take care of this. Horrible

The man who picked up the car when I was dropping off, yelled at me because I was trying to park the vehicle in the row 20 (where I picked it up). I didn’t find a place to leave it next to Thrifty and I thought I could park it at the parking lot in a Thrifty spot, but this man came to me whistling and being aggressive with his facial expressions and yelled at me telling me that I was supposed to leave it on the other side. Zero empathy with the client.

Thrifty's personel were not qualified for their job, they were lazy and also very bad persons. I don't care what you can do to improove that, because it is the last time i rent cars from this place.

We arrived to pick up our car and no one was on duty. When we finally got someone there were no cars an available and we booked online the night before. The staff Jeanie worked very hard to get us a vehicle and was so very nice and understanding!! She made our day!! Vehicle was clean, new and nice. We had no problems with the vehicle.

Pros:

Great customer service. It was quick to get the car and return it. The price was fantastic and the car suited out needs.

Cons:

The car needed new tires and wipers. We had to put air in the tires several times.

Pros:

pick up was convenient and easy. vehicle was ready and it got us around the island. we got the basic transportation we asked for, and that is good.

Cons:

This is where I would ask for a lower price, but the price wasn't too bad.

Pros:

We have been renting from another car company for years. Enterprise was so convenient - right at that airport (no shuttle), the car looked new and was very well maintained AND it was the lowest we ever paid. We will use them again and tell our group!

Pros:

The car was just the right size and it was very clean.

Cons:

The drop-off was difficult because there was no where to park and there were no Enterprise attendants outside to provide assistance. Otherwise my overall experience with Enterprise was very good.

I reserved a car 6 months in advance .when I arrived there was NO CAR !!! They pawned me off on another car company . No reason. Just rented everything out already . What's the point of a reservation? Never again !!

We like the price from kayak the pick up was all messed up, they didn’t have. Our rental due to someone bringing back a car late So they sent us to Toyota rental. They only had a smaller car ,then all was taken care of 4 hours later but we lost 4 hours of our day lost. Because dollar didn’t have car

We were disappointed when we arrived because we reserved an SUV and they had none. So my son had to get his own car. Very frustrating. Other than that the people at Dollar were great

We had to wait awhile for our paperwork to be completed and the car was disgusting. The front tire was going flat, the car was so dirty and when we turned the air conditioner on high, two dead cockroaches came out of the vents. The car type that we thought we were getting was not at all what we got. The car was the size of a shoebox. We will never rent from them again on the island of Aruba.
