The car was the worst car I’ve ever driven driven. It had more dings and damage to it. There was lots of noises coming from the engine. It was all scratched. We called to say there was a noise coming from the engine. The lady said she would come and pick it up. We almost lost our reservation at a restaurant. She never showed up or got a phone call. Customer service was terrible. I won’t be going through dollar again not in Aruba.

When we got to dollar rental in Aruba, they informed me that they didn’t have any SUVs available (which is what I reserved) and offered a minivan which I don’t feel comfortable driving. When I asked for a regular sedan instead they told me they don’t have anything available. It was either the minivan or go with a local rental place they work with. We went with the local rental Place they recommended and received the worst beat up tiny SUV. I will never book with dollar again.

I reserved a car 6 months in advance .when I arrived there was NO CAR !!! They pawned me off on another car company . No reason. Just rented everything out already . What's the point of a reservation? Never again !!

Not good at all. When I arrive there, they said I canceled my car in January when I had just booked it two weeks before so then they found me another car and of course the price went up. And then there was all these other added fees. Then when I returned the car, I got three bills, and one bill was added $300 more than the other. Still trying to take care of this. Horrible

The man who picked up the car when I was dropping off, yelled at me because I was trying to park the vehicle in the row 20 (where I picked it up). I didn’t find a place to leave it next to Thrifty and I thought I could park it at the parking lot in a Thrifty spot, but this man came to me whistling and being aggressive with his facial expressions and yelled at me telling me that I was supposed to leave it on the other side. Zero empathy with the client.

Thrifty's personel were not qualified for their job, they were lazy and also very bad persons. I don't care what you can do to improove that, because it is the last time i rent cars from this place.

Terrible They indicated that the auto insurance policy that I purchased thru your associated company would not be recognized by Avis and therefore I needed to purchase another policy. I believe my $54 purchase should be refunded. I paid another $72 to Avis.

Airplane was a couple of hours late and they gave away our car. No cars available. Hertz in Aruba was a much better experience. Highly recommend them over Avis in Aruba!!
