Pros (+) Marquis Villas is located in a super location. Just two blocks to downtown Palm Springs and plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. I stayed in a top floor one bedroom. I was told it is the smallest of their rooms; it was huge. 1000 sq ft condo with full kitchen and big private balcony. There are more luxurious resorts in Palm Springs but it's hard to beat the value here.
