A total nightmare
Cons: Basically nothing. We reserved this car because it was a great price for a one way from FLL to Indy. We called ahead to see if it could be paid for with a debit card and was told that was fine. When we got there, we were told we could not rent a luxury car with a debit card. I didn't care if it was luxury or not, it's just the price was good. So we had to get a different vehicle instead and had to wait all afternoon for it to be delivered. Also, there was no shuttle from the airport. When I reserved the car, I wasn't told that I'd have to find my own transportation to your off site location.

Overall pleasant experience
Pros: comfort, stability, and room of the Kia Soul
Cons: First car offered had a flat. The one I left with had low air pressure in one of the tires. The sensor let me know of the problem. I had to check tires and input some air.

Pros: Return of the car was rather painless. Still had to wait a short time while a customer couldn't decide which car to rent or when to pick-up or when to return. Finally the employee said he'd help me while the first person was deciding on things. The car itself was very noisy, and not secure on the road. Will request another make/ model next time.
Cons: LONG wait while employee was with a previous customer, then another wait while he helped a customer by PHONE. When does a live person WITH a reservation not matter? Finally, got helped. He told me to go get the car- a LONG walk away, but he was busy again. Once I was able to find the car, it said- needs maintenance! So I drove it to the door and told him I want a different car This time, he drove the first car back and brought up a 2nd car. it was OK- a Toyota Corolla. I asked for a map- he directed me to a rack of handouts, but no map. Also no info regarding tolls/ sunpass. I will certainly not consider this Payless office again for a rental. Customer service sucks!
