I booked an SUV through Kayak, my confirmation email from Kayak said SUV. However Payless said my reservation was for an Economy car and they would not provide me with an SUV. Never using Kayak/Payless again.

we went to the shell station adjacentbto the rental car service center who charged 5.99 a gallon... ridiculous. The service center did not have a car for us, we had to wait and we did have a reservstion

The price I was quoted wasn’t what I was told we ended paying $363.63 nothing even close of what I reserve bad experience won’t recommend and they place a hold for $595 on my credit card

They did not have my car. Their attitude was like "this happens". They did not help me at all to find an alternative mode of transportation. This was the worst experience of my life.

After reading reviews that mentioned unscrupulous business practices, I decided to rent elsewhere despite having prepaid for my rental.

We arrived and were told that our “reservation” was not so much a reservation as just a sorta… we put you on a list and if there is a car you may have it situation. Had to wait for hours until any ole car became available. On top they of course didn’t honor the advertised price but charged us about 3x.
