Overall a good experience. Line was a bit long and slow for pickup and agent was not friendly. Everything went well with the car and drop off was easy.
They tried charging more by adding insurance and extra fees with my knowledge and explaining the contract I was in hurry so quickly made me sign and I was on the way until I got back to return the car that’s when I found the extra free being charged but great service by refunding it back with any questions or issues
Terrible - they didn’t have any cars when we arrived

It is a scam!! They downgraded the car: gave me a Virtus instead of a Jetta They overcharged me for insurance.
TERRIBLE!!!! No car reserved for us, after we paid a taxi to take us there & drop us off (which necessitated a second taxi - total $60 USD wasted! They had “another car you can have…………for 5 X our rental rate! Really? NO THANKS!! This should EMBARRASS the heck out of Kayak!
The check in was incredibly quick, they had the exact vehicle I wanted and I went straight to it in the lot after checking in. The price was good for what I needed and check in was contactless and smooth. 10/10 will use again
No car ready, pornography type film playing in office. Car brought around after 45 mins waiting and it was full of garbage bags so had to wait a further 30mins Lady on desk very nice but really frustrated at guys dealing with cars. Also washing cars only last minute when customers are waiting is not good, we were an hour late to pick up vehicle and then it took 2 hours!! Disgraceful organisation
1. The Mitsubishi Outlander smelled cigarette smoke. 2. The car would not start on the last day of rental and had to be towed. Payless Rental did send us a voucher for an Uber ride back to the airport. 3. Despite the Repair Shop confirmed the delivery of the towed rental car on the day of the tow, Payless sent me an alert of not returning the car three days after the tow. I had to call Payless Rental to remind them of the car tow/return and close the rental contract. Not a positive interaction!
Paid ahead of time made an error on the date and “cant help you!” What a joke America Car Rental was the sub company and also a joke!
